Аналіз детермінант успішної професійної кар`єри тренера високої кваліфікації (на прикладі футболу)

В результаті проведених досліджень було виявлено, що найбільш значущим для успішної професійної
реалізації тренера є фактор наявності специфічних особистісно-психологічних характеристик. Визначено ієрархію
детермінант професійної успішності тренера та характер впливу спортивної кар'єри футболіста в процесі його
становлення в рамках тренерської діяльності. Показана актуальність проведення наукових досліджень, спрямованих на
визначення особистісно-психологічної моделі висококваліфікованого тренера.

Analysis of current trends in the development of football shows a significant transformation of the content of
the functional responsibilities of the coach of a professional team. Therefore, for the effective process of training coaching staff and
their further self-actualization the problem of reviewing and expanding existing criteria for assessing the professional competence of
the trainer is actualized. Within the framework of this article, using the method of peer review, various factors determining the
success of the professional becoming of a coach in football were analyzed.
In the studies, as experts, 26 highly qualified trainers who have experience of professional activities as head coach of the
Premier League teams of Ukraine took part. To achieve the goal set in the article, research methods were used: analysis of literary
sources, Internet networks, generalization of practical experience of leading domestic and foreign specialists, questioning and
methods of mathematical statistics.
Despite the interest of both scientists and practitioners to various aspects of the formation of the personality within the
framework of professional activity, this problematic, as analysis of the literature data shows, is still relevant and requires a
comprehensive study, taking into account the current trends in the development of football. So, for example, among the determinants
of the professional success of a coach in football, his personal and psychological component is practically not taken into account and
the available information is mainly descriptive.
An expert assessment of the determining factors of the professional success of the coach showed that the personality and
psychological characteristics of the coach are the most significant. The degree of importance of various factors on the process of
professional development of the coach and the role of the sports career of a football player in the process of his becoming as a coach are determined.
The results of the conducted studies showed that the personality and psychological characteristics of the coach act as one
of the determining factors for achieving the peaks of the professional skills of the coach.
The next stage of the research will be psychological diagnostics of the personality of the football coach in order to form its
model characteristics and develop programs and psych training aimed at the formation and improvement of the identified
psychological qualities
