У статті розглянутий сучасний стан здоров’я дітей молодшого шкільного віку та фактори, які його визначають. Це зумовлює аналіз структури фізичного виховання, закономірностей і факторів, які впливають на її функціонування. У зв’язку з цим перед фізичною культурою, як основою забезпечення зміцнення здоров’я дітей, висуваються нові завдання, що потребують розробки сучасних педагогічних технологій щодо організації системи фізичного виховання в загальноосвітніх школах.

В статье рассмотрено современное состояние здоровья детей младшего школьного возраста и факторы, которые его определяют. Существующая система физического воспитания школьников находится в кризисном состоянии, поэтому проведенный анализ структуры физического воспитания, закономерностей и факторов, влияющих на ее функционирование. В связи с этим перед физической культурой, как основой обеспечения укрепления здоровья детей, выдвигаются новые задачи, требующие разработки современных педагогических технологий по организации системы физического воспитания в общеобразовательных школах.

The article reviewed the current state of health of primary school children and the factors that determine it. The existing system of physical education in schools is in crisis. This makes analysis of the structure of physical education, patterns and factors that affect its operation. Maintaining physical, mental and social health of children - one of the major problems of our society and, above all, the implementation of a set of measures, including proper place measures taken by the general secondary school. Analysis of scientific studies on the improvement of sports and recreation activities showed a lack of a comprehensive approach to the development of innovative approaches and technologies of modern teaching of physical education in secondary schools, which resulted in the relevance of research. The solution to this problem presents theoretical and practical importance for improvement of physical education. That is why the primary school age, in our opinion, should be considered as one of the most important periods in the life of a child when the possibility of forming donozolohichnyh states is the most likely, and the line between normality and pathology, health and disease is quite thin. We know that growth and development are determined genetically, but their course is in concrete terms that in terms of the impact of stress may be optimal, positive or negative. Thus, the formation phenotype and further development of the child is significantly influenced by external factors such as biomedical and social hygiene. The difficulty of studying this question is that the dynamic performance of each of the above factors on the parameters of the physical development of the child is not an isolated and independent, and is a complex multyparametrychnu system, a description of which require complex mathematical apparatus.
