Підготовка кваліфікованих робітників за професією поліцейський засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій

Дисертаційна робота є теоретико-експериментальним дослідженням проблеми впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у процес первинної професійної підготовки поліцейських у закладах професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. У дисертаційній роботі реалізовано мету дослідження, що полягала в теоретичному й методичному обґрунтуванні системи підготовки кваліфікованих робітників із професією поліцейський засобами інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій та експериментальній перевірці цього процесу. Виконано завдання дослідження, а саме: проаналізовано теоретико-методологічні підходи до застосування ІКТ в освітньому процесі та їх значення в сучасній професійній освіті, розкрито історичні етапи розвитку ІКТ та стан вивчення проблеми в педагогічній теорії; уточнено понятійно-термінологічний апарат; досліджено психологічні та педагогічні аспекти використання технологій, зокрема вплив на когнітивний розвиток та мотивацію; створено інформаційно-технологічне освітнє середовище, розроблено систему використання ІКТ у процесі первинної професійної підготовки поліцейських, розроблено методичний комплекс для оцінювання ефективності використання ІКТ у процесі первинної професійної підготовки поліцейських та експериментально перевірено ефективність впливу ІКТ на якість засвоєння фахових дисциплін здобувачами освіти спеціальності Поліцейський. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що проведено комплексне дослідження методологічних аспектів інтеграції ІКТ саме в систему первинної професійної підготовки поліцейських. Отримані результати узагальнюють вже наявні знання про роль ІКТ у навчанні та розширюють їх застосування на практику кадрів правоохоронних органів, що є новим внеском у науку та професійну підготовку поліцейських.

This dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of the implementation of information and communication technologies in the process of initial vocational training for police officers at vocational (technical) educational institutions. The dissertation achieves its research objective, which consisted of providing a theoretical and methodological justification for a system of training qualified police officers using information and communication technologies, as well as experimentally testing this process. The research tasks were completed, namely: theoretical and methodological approaches to the application of ICT in the educational process and their significance in modern vocational education were analyzed; the historical stages of ICT development and the state of research on the issue in pedagogical theory were examined; the conceptual and terminological framework was clarified; psychological and pedagogical aspects of technology use were investigated, particularly the impact on cognitive development and motivation; an information and technology-based educational environment was created, a system for the use of ICT in the process of initial vocational training of police officers has been developed, a methodological framework for assessing the effectiveness of ICT use in the process of initial vocational training of police officers has been developed, and the effectiveness of the impact of ICT on the quality of mastery of professional disciplines by students majoring in Police Science has been experimentally verified. The scientific novelty of the findings lies in the fact that a comprehensive study was conducted on the methodological aspects of integrating ICT specifically into the system of initial professional training for police officers. The results obtained summarize existing knowledge about the role of ICT in education and extend its application to the practice of law enforcement personnel, which is a new contribution to science and police training.
