Реабілітація дітей старшого дошкільного віку казково-ігровими засобами оздоровчо-корекційної технології "Богатир"

У статті розглядається програма сюжетних занять “Гімнастика тигрят”, “Веселі жабенята”, “Котик-муркотик”, “Їжачок-мандрівник” та “Пригоди Божої корівки”, з використанням спеціальних дитячих тренажерів, еспандерів та пристосувань для дітей старшого дошкільного віку з різними формами порушення постави та сколіозу.

В статье рассматривается программа сюжетных занятий “Гимнастика тигрят”, “Веселые лягушата”, “Котик-муркотик”, “Ежик-путешественник” и “Приключения Божьей коровки” с использованием специальных детских тренажеров, эспандеров и приспособлений для детей старшего дошкольного возраста с разными формами нарушения осанки и сколиоза.

The paper presents a program of subject sessions for children of the senior preschool age with various forms of postural disorders and scoliosis. For the purpose of implementing the elaborated program, fabulous-gaming training stimulators, expanders and devices by author’s correctional health technology “Bogatir” had been used. These facilities provided the possibilities: due to different original positions to purposefully develop weak muscle groups of the trunk and limb that contribute to the correct posture formation and physiological spine curves; harmoniously develop all motor qualities; develop strength and strength endurance of flexors and limbs adductor muscles, as well as the extensors and limbs abducent muscles, thereby eliminating the asymmetry of the muscle tone; motivate children to be systematically engaged in performing different kinds of gymnastic exercises. The elaborated program included five gaming sessions based on the plots “Gymnastics of little tigers”, “Funny frogs”, “Cat-murkotik”, “Hedgehog – the traveler” and “Adventures of a Ladybird”. These sessions were conducted during various forms of physical training; morning exercises, walking, classes of physical education and therapeutic physical training. During implementation of the subject sessions program, the following tasks were set: correction of the spine form, improvement of the respiratory system functional state, formation of the correct posture stereotype, harmonious development of all motor qualities and strength endurance of major muscle groups of the trunk and limbs, in particular, and motivation of children to lead a healthy lifestyle. The efficiency of the elaborated program of subject sessions in the educational process of a special pre-school establishment №20 “Posmishka” aimed at the children of senior preschool age with various forms of postural disorders and scoliosis had been proved.
