Психологічна підготовка студентів за напрямком професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки у вищому технічному навчальному закладі

У даній статті розглянуті питання психологічної підготовки студентської молоді до професійної діяльності. Визначені чинники, які можуть впливати на здоров’я фізичне, психічне та емоційне. Під час психолого-педагогічного спостереження виявлено на початковому етапі низький рівень психологічної готовності студентів. За рахунок впровадження оздоровчих технологій вдалося підвищити рівень психологічної готовності студентської молоді. Розкрита роль та значення професійно-прикладної фізичної підготовки в формуванні майбутніх висококваліфікованих фахівців. Доведено, що робота в сучасних умовах розвитку промисловості потребує значного підвищення психофізичних можливостей людини. Цю задачу може і повинна вирішувати професійно-прикладна фізична підготовка у вищому технічному навчальному закладі.

The article deals with the questions of psychological preparation of student youth to its professional activity. Certain factors that can influence on physical, psychical and emotional health are considered. During the psycho-educational supervision it was reveal the low level of psychological readiness of students. The introduction of health technologies helped to raise the level of psychological readiness of students. Modern system of education, based in the status principles conditions of the correspondence to the necessity of man to find the place and possibilities of self-realization in the new global world, begins to see not only knowledge, ability and skills as its guideline but also general physical, psychological, moral constituent of man. General guideline on harmonious development of personality determines the primary objective of modern education as development of possibilities of personality, which need it and to society, as including of it in social activity. Requirements, offered to every group of professions, are many-sided and the physiology functions of the organism mobilize different ones that are specific for the certain kinds of education. But not all the organism on the whole and even not all the functions of the different systems equally take part in the activity that related with the industrial training. Some functions accept overwhelming participation in it, because if they fall behind in the development, the activity is not enough effective or flows with hardships that reduce to the physical and psychological fatigue of organism of man. Both the role and value of professionally applied physical training in the formation of future highly skilled specialists is exposed. It is well-proven that work in the modern conditions of development of industry needs considerable increase of psychophysical possibilities of man. Professionally applied physical preparation has to decide this task in higher technical educational establishment.
