Використання тренажерних пристроїв в процесі підготовки дзюдоїстів

Розглянуто актуальні проблеми фізичної підготовки дзюдоїстів. Було визначено види тренажерних засобів, їх класифікація, загальні методичні принципи використання технічних засобів та охарактеризовано особливості використання тренажерів у тренувальному процесі.

Рассмотрены актуальные проблемы физической подготовки дзюдоистов. Были определены виды тренажерных средств, их классификация, общие методические принципы использования технических средств и охарактеризованы особенности использования тренажеров в тренировочном процессе.

Aim: ground of features of the use of technical equipments in a training process. Task: 1) to Describe the features of the use of technical equipments in a training process; 2) to define general methodical principles of the use of technical equipments; 3) to classify trainer devices. Material: the issues of the day of physical preparation of judoists are considered. The types of trainer facilities were certain, their classification, general methodical principles of the use of technical equipments and the features of the use of trainers are described in a training process. Conclusions: it is set that trainer devices allow effectively to develop various motive qualities and capabilities, connect perfection of technical abilities, skills and physical qualities in the process of the sport training, create necessary terms for exact control, to measure out loading and management of the training loading major parameters. Those, that create and design terms near to contention activity of sportsmen, own high reliability and faultlessness in-process, behave to the number of the most effective educational devices, provide the receipt of information about results it actions, allow widely to use the individual, stream, circular form of organization of employments and give an opportunity of complex development of separate types of preparation. Also, trainer devices help to capture the separate phases of technical action and the associations of separate parts of reception promote in an integral motive action.
