Інноваційність у професійній підготовці майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери

У статті обґрунтовано необхідність упровадження інновацій у процес
професійної підготовки майбутніх соціальних педагогів і соціальних працівників з урахуванням специфіки їхньої майбутньої діяльності та освітнього середовища університету. Визначено можливості використання доброчинної діяльності у розв’язанні соціально-педагогічних проблем та професійному становленні майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери. Подано результати опитування студентів Ніжинського державного університету імені Миколи Гоголя щодо з’ясування сутності доброчинності. Охарактеризовано доброчинну акцію та імпрезу як інноваційні форми особистісного і професійного зростання майбутніх фахівців у доброчинній діяльності, технологію і умови їх організації. Представлено досвід проведення доброчинних акцій, імпрез у Ніжинському виші.

Innovation in the professional training of future specialists of social sphere
The article substantiates the necessity of introduction the innovations in the
process of professional training of future social educators and social workers, taking
into account the specifics of their future activities and the educational environment of the university. Possibilities of use the charitable activity in solving social and
pedagogical problems and professional formation of future specialists of social sphere are determined. The results of the survey of students of the Nizhyn State University named after Nikolai Gogol concerning the determination of the essence of charity are presented. Characterized charitable action and «impreza»as an innovative forms of personal and professional growth of future specialists in charitable activities, technology and conditions of their organization. The experience of conducting charity action, the «imprezas» in Nizhyn high school is presented.
