Анотація
Дисертаційна робота є теоретико-експериментальним дослідженням проблеми професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з комп’ютерної інженерії у закладах фахової передвищої освіти. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів дисертаційної праці полягає у тому, що вперше: науково обґрунтовано теоретичні основи та структуру процесу формування професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з комп’ютерної інженерії у закладах фахової передвищої освіти; розроблено, теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено структурно - функціональну модель формування професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з комп’ютерної інженерії у закладах фахової передвищої освіти, яка складається із сукупності чотирьох взаємопов’язаних блоків, що забезпечують її функціонування: концептуального, змістово-технологічного, компетентнісного, діагностичного; визначено організаційно-педагогічні умови формування професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з комп’ютерної інженерії у закладах фахової передвищої освіти (створення мотиваційно-ціннісного середовища в навчальному процесі закладу фахової передвищої освіти для вироблення у студентів ціннісного ставлення до опанування комп’ютерних технологій як фаху; використання інноваційних технологій навчання для формування у майбутніх бакалаврів з комп’ютерної інженерії професійно-практичного компонента професійної компетентності; розвиток soft skills майбутніх бакалаврів з комп’ютерної інженерії (комунікативних здібностей, лідерських якостей, тайм-менеджменту, резильєнтності, емоційного інтелекту, емпатійності, навичок командної роботи) засобами тренінгових та проєктних технологій); подальшого розвитку набули шляхи удосконалення формування професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з комп’ютерної інженерії у закладах фахової передвищої освіти засобами розроблення відповідних методичних рекомендацій. Практичне значення отриманих результатів дослідження полягає у розробленні та впровадженні в освітній процес закладів фахової передвищої освіти структурно-функціональної моделі формування професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з комп’ютерної інженерії у закладах фахової передвищої освіти; використанні діагностичного інструментарію для вимірювання рівнів сформованості професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з комп’ютерної інженерії у закладах фахової передвищої освіти; методичних рекомендацій з формування професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів з комп’ютерної інженерії у закладах фахової передвищої освіти.
The thesis deals with the problem of professional competence among future Bachelors in computer engineering at institutions of specialized pre-higher education. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is as follows: for the first time the theoretical foundations and structure of the process of professional competence development among future bachelors in computer engineering at institutions of specialized pre-higher education have been scientifically substantiated. A structural and functional model of professional competence development among future bachelors in computer engineering at institutions of specialized pre-higher education has been developed, theoretically justified, and experimentally verified; the model consists of four interrelated components - conceptual, content- technological, competence, and diagnostic - that ensure its effective functioning. Moreover, the study identified the organizational and pedagogical conditions necessary for developing professional competence in these future engineers, (including the creation of a motivational and value-based environment in the educational process to foster a deep appreciation for mastering a profession in computer technologies; the implementation of innovative educational technologies to build the professional-practical component of competence, and the enhancement of soft skills (such as communication, leadership, time management, resilience, emotional intelligence, empathy, and teamwork) through training and project- based approaches. Finally, further advancements have been achieved through the development of appropriate methodological recommendations aimed at improving the development of professional competence among future bachelors in computer engineering at institutions of specialized pre-higher education. The practical significance of the obtained results is as follows: the development and implementation of a structural-functional model of professional competence development among future bachelors in computer engineering at institutions of specialized pre-higher education; the use of diagnostic tools to measure the levels of their competence; and the formulation of methodological recommendations for the professional competence development among future bachelors in computer engineering at institutions of specialized pre-higher education.
