Теорія і практика професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів в університетах аграрного профілю

Abstract

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене вивченню питання теорії та практики підготовки майбутніх менеджерів в університетах аграрного профілю. Проаналізовано базові теоретичні поняття дослідження, розкрито теоретичні основи вищої аграрної освіти та представлено особливості професійної підготовки майбутніх менеджерів в університетах аграрного профілю України та іноземних держав.The dissertation research is devoted to the study of the problem of future manager training in higher agrarian institutions of Ukraine, the Republic of Poland, and the Russian Federation. On the basis of a comparative analysis, the specifics of training of future managers in the system of higher professional education are presented. The current regulatory and legal support for Ukraine’s educational legislation in the field of training specialists in higher agrarian educational institutions are analyzed in the dissertation. Classification of levels and degrees of higher education, directions of training and specialties of the agricultural profile are presented; the systematization of specialties based on the current legislation of Ukraine is carried out.
