Порушення прихильності і механізми формування емоційних і поведінкових проблем в теорії та практиці психотерапевичної допомоги

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема порушення прихильності і механізми формування емоційних порушень з точки зору інтегративного підходу в психотерапії. Здійснено аналіз наукових джерел з даної проблеми. Детально проаналізовано зв'язок типу прихильності з функціональними та дисфункціональними копінг- стратегіями, а також з патернами відносин. Обґрунтовано зв'язок типів прихильності з схема-режимами у схема- терапії. Запропоновано виділення психологічної та духовної прихильності, як різних рівнів прихильності. Визначено доцільність застосування певних методик та технік для з’ясування типу прихильності, діагностики порушення прихильності, корекції емоційних і поведінкових реакцій. Вказано на можливість інтегрального підходу до вирішення емоційних та поведінкових проблем дітей та дорослих шляхом поєднання різних рівнів їх вивчення на базі теорії прихильності.The article describe problem violations attachment and formation mechanisms of emotional behavioral violations from the point of view of integrative approach in psychotherapy. It presents analysis of scientific sources on this issue and determined its relevance. Grounded connection attachment style scheme of the modes of therapy scheme. It is proposed to emphasize the psychological and spiritual attachment as different levels attachment. Determined the feasibility of certain methods and techniques to determine the attachment style, diagnosis of a violation attachment, correction of emotional and behavioral reactions. The article indicates the possibility of an integral approach to solving emotional and behavioral problems of children and adults through a combination of different levels of research of their problem on the basis of attachment theory.
