Філософські аспекти розвитку IT- освіти в Україні

Робота присвячена філософському осмисленню феномену IT-освіти у контексті глибоких глобальних соціокультурних трансформацій та становлення постіндустріального, мережевого, інформаційного суспільства. У центрі уваги опиняється не лише нова група дисциплін, а цілий освітній ландшафт, у якому технології, знання й людська суб’єктивність зчеплені в одну динамічну систему. Автор здійснює комплексний аналіз IT-освіти як складного соціального, культурного та технологічного явища, що поєднує інноваційні способи передачі знань, формування професійних компетентностей і водночас виховання критично мислячої, етично відповідальної та інноваційно орієнтованої особистості. У філософському вимірі IT-освіта осмислюється крізь призму таких ключових концептів, як знання, інформація, технологія, медіація та етика, які задають координати для розуміння нової мережевої раціональності. Простежується взаємодія епістемологічних та онтологічних аспектів знання в цифрову добу, виявляється формування нового типу мислення, що поєднує критичне оцінювання даних із творчим розв’язанням складних завдань та чутливістю до екології освітнього процесу. Не випадково автор звертається до ідей Д. Белла, Ж.-Ф. Ліотара, М. Кастельса, М. Фуко, Б. Латура, а також до позицій зарубіжних і вітчизняних дослідників, які розкривають постіндустріальну логіку розвитку суспільства, роль інформаційних технологій у продукуванні та легітимації знання, соціокультурні виклики глобалізації і ті туманні обриси нового освітнього простору, в якому живе тіло людини мусить знайти своє місце.

The work is devoted to the philosophical understanding of the phenomenon of IT education in the context of deep global socio-cultural transformations and the formation of a post-industrial, networked, information society. The focus is not only on a new group of disciplines, but on an entire educational landscape in which technology, knowledge and human subjectivity are linked into one dynamic system. The author carries out a comprehensive analysis of IT education as a complex social, cultural and technological phenomenon that combines innovative methods of knowledge transfer, the formation of professional competencies and at the same time the upbringing of a critically thinking, ethically responsible and innovatively oriented personality. In the philosophical dimension, IT education is understood through the prism of such key concepts as knowledge, information, technology, mediation and ethics, which set the coordinates for understanding the new network rationality. The interaction of epistemological and ontological aspects of knowledge in the digital age is traced, the formation of a new type of thinking is revealed, combining critical evaluation of data with creative solution of complex tasks and sensitivity to the ecology of the educational process. It is no coincidence that the author turns to the ideas of D. Bell, J.-F. Lyotard, M. Castells, M. Foucault, B. Latour, as well as to the positions of foreign and domestic researchers who reveal the post-industrial logic of the development of society, the role of information technologies in the production and legitimization of knowledge, the socio-cultural challenges of globalization and those vague outlines of a new educational space in which the living human body must find its place.
