Громадсько-культурна та педагогічна діяльність М. П. Драгоманова

У дисертації на основі аналізу великого кола джерел та літератури здійснено цілісну оцінку громадсько-культурній та педагогічній діяльності М. П. Драгоманова. Проаналізовано основні етапи його життя. Висвітлено становлення та еволюцію поглядів ученого в контексті розвитку його епохи. Виявлено головні чинники, які впливали на формування національної свідомості та громадської позиції вченого. Окреслено наукову роботу М. П. Драгоманова в “Основі” та Київській Громаді. Розкрито його місце та роль у громадсько-культурному житті еміграції. З’ясовано, що М. П. Драгоманов був одним із найактивніших захисників українських інтересів за кордоном у ХІХ ст. Вказано основні погляди М. П. Драгоманова на політику російського царизму щодо освіти в Україні. Звернуто увагу на теоретичні та практичні основи діяльності народної школи в розробках М. П. Драгоманова.

In this thesis the author gave a complete estimation M. P. Dragomanov’s public, cultural and teaching activity, it was made on the basis of many literature sources and books. Also in the work the main stages of M. P. Dragomanov’s life are analysed. The establishment and development of his views are given in the context of development of his historical period. The author revealed the main aspects that influenced the formation of the scientist’s national points of view and his public position. M. P. Dragomanov worked for the newspapers “Osnova” and Kyivska Gromada. In this thesis his work is analised. The author studied the scientist’s role and position in public and cultural life of emigration. It alleged that M. P. Dragomanov was one of the most active defenders of Ukrainian rights abvoad in the XIX century. In the work we can find main M. P. Dragomanov’s opinion about the policy of that time authority concerning the education in Ukraine. Great attention is paid to the theoretical and practical ground of the educational organization “national school” in M. P. Dragomanov’s works.
