До питання про формування готовності майбутніх учителів фізичної культури до професійної самореалізації в оздоровчій діяльності

Питання професійної самореалізації в оздоровчій діяльності є актуальними в сучасних умовах європейської
інтеграції освітніх систем та підвищення ефективності підготовки майбутніх учителів фізичної культури у закладах
вищої освіти. У статті акцентується увага на тому, що особливості формування готовності майбутніх учителів
фізичної культури до професійної самореалізації в оздоровчій діяльності пов’язані з тим, що цей процес не зводиться
тільки до оволодіння певними знаннями, вміннями, навичками та професійно важливими якостями. Професійна
самореалізація майбутніх учителів фізичної культури пов’язана з прагненням стати кращим у професійному аспекті,
спрямованому на формування здорового способу життя школярів. Автор вказує на основні показники професійної
самореалізації вчителів фізичної культури: задоволеність оздоровчою діяльністю; сприйняття оздоровчою діяльності як
цінності; переживання щодо успішності оздоровчої діяльності, що супроводжується позитивним психоемоційним станом.

The issues of professional self-realization in health-improving activities are relevant in the current conditions of the
European integration of educational systems and increasing the effectiveness of training of the future teachers of physical culture in
higher educational establishments.
It is noted that the higher school is actively seeking answers to the questions posed by the present-day reality, and to
questions related to the preservation and strengthening of the health of participants in the educational process. The article
focuses attention on the fact that the peculiarities of forming the readiness of the future teachers of physical cultu re for
professional self-realization in health-improvement activity are due to the fact that this process is not limited to mastering
certain knowledge, skills, abilities and professionally important qualities. Professional self-realization of future teachers of
physical culture is associated with the desire to become the best in the professional aspect, aimed at the formation of a hea lthy
lifestyle of schoolchildren.
The readiness of future teachers of physical culture for professional self-realization in health-improving activities is viewed
as an integrative dynamic personality education that determines the attitude toward solving pedagogical tasks related to
strengthening and preserving the health of schoolchildren, increasing their motor activity and level of physical development.
The author emphasizes that the teachers of physical culture are called upon to solve complex problems of physical education of youth, to involve children and youth in physical culture and sports.
The article points to the main indicators of professional self-realization of teachers of physical culture: satisfaction with
recreational activities; perception of recreational activities as a value; experiences about the success of recreational activities,
accompanied by a positive psycho-emotional state.
