Динаміка показників якості життя спортсменів з пошкодженнями опорно-рухового апарату в процесі занять пауерліфтиногом

Численні дослідження в галузі адаптивного спорту вказують на те, що адаптивний спорт позитивно впливає на якість життя осіб з інвалідністю. Метою даного наукового дослідження є виявлення показників якості життя спортсменів з пошкодженнями опорно-рухового апарату та їх динаміку в процесі занять пауерліфтингом. Для реалізації поставленої мети були використані аналіз та узагальнення науково-методичної літератури, соціологічні методи, педагогічний експеримент, методи математичної статистики. В результаті дослідження встановлено, що заняття пауерліфтингом позитивно впливають на якість життя спортсменів з пошкодженнями опорно-рухового апарату; приріст показників загального фізичного компоненту є вищими ніж показники загального психічного компоненту в спортсменів з інвалідністю; немає достовірних відмінностей у показниках якості життя за шкалами опитувальника SF36 до початку та після експерименту серед спортсменів різних нозологічних груп, що свідчить про те, що рівень якості життя не залежить від нозологічної групи спортсменів.

Numerous research on adaptive sports suggests that adaptive sports have a positive impact on the quality of life of people with disabilities. The purpose of this scientific research is to identify indicators of the quality of life of athletes with musculoskeletal lesions and their dynamics in the process of training powerlifting. To accomplish this goal, the analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, sociological methods, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics were used. The results of the experiment allow us to conclude about the positive impact of powerlifting exercises on the quality of life of athletes with damage to the musculoskeletal system. The key to improving the quality of life of people with musculoskeletal lesions is to restore lost functions or to form compensatory mechanisms, which is why the statistically significant increase in the indicators on the scale "Physical activity", "The role of physical problems in limiting life", "Level of pain" and "General state of health", which form the basis of the general physical component, can indicate the possibility of creating compensatory mechanisms with the help of sports means and reducing the impact of lost functions on the quality of life. The increase of the indicators of the general physical component is higher than the indicators of the general mental component in athletes with disabilities. There are no significant differences in the quality of life indicators on the scale of the questionnaire SF36 before and after the experiment among athletes of different nosological groups, which indicates that the level of quality of life does not depend on the nosological group of athletes. The analysis of the obtained results shows that the growth of the indicators of the general physical component is higher than the indicators of the general psychic component. Among the individual life quality scales, the most pronounced changes as a result of adaptive sports activities in athletes with musculoskeletal injuries were found in the scores on the scale of the role of emotional problems in life-limiting activity, indicating a significant impact of sports on the emotional state and daily activity of powerlifters.
