Формування політичної культури сучасної владної еліти в Україні

У дисертації висвітлено процес формування політичної культури владної еліти в Україні від 90-х років XX сторіччя в умовах переходу від однієї суспільно-політичної системи до іншої, з’ясовано процеси її становлення, розвитку та особливі риси у період формування в Україні демократичних основ суспільства. Проаналізовано розвиток політичної культури владної еліти в умовах суспільно-історичної трансформації, досліджено політико-культурні орієнтації владної еліти періоду становлення й утвердження незалежності України. Розкривається значення етико-моральних та правових чинників формування професійної політичної культури владної еліти. Дана оцінка регіональним аспектам політичної свідомості та культури владної еліти. На основі комплексного аналізу особливостей формування культури владної політичної еліти в Україні визначені пропозиції щодо вдосконалення професійної політичної культури владної еліти в процесі забезпечення прийняття і реалізації політичних рішень.

The dissertation on the receipt of scientific degree of candidate of political sciences by the speciality 23.00.03 - Political Culture and Ideology. National Pedagogical University of the name of M. P. Dragomanov, Kyiv, 2008. In the dissertation it is reflected the process of forming of political culture of imperious elite in Ukraine from 90th years of 20th century in the conditions of transition from one social and political system to another, explored processes of its becoming, development and special lines in a period of forming of democratic bases of the society in Ukraine. It is analyzed the development of political culture of imperious elite in the conditions of historical transformation, researched cultural orientations of imperious elite in a period of becoming of independence of Ukraine. It is revealed the value of moral and legal factors of forming of professional political culture of imperious elite. Estimation is given to the regional aspects of political consciousness and culture of imperious elite. On the basis of complex analysis of features of forming of culture of imperious political cite in Ukraine suggestions are determined in relation to perfection of professional political culture of imperious clite in the process of providing of acceptance and realization of political decisions.
