Здоров’я людини в системі досягнення цілей сталого розвитку

Процес інтеграції України зі світовою системою забезпечення сталого розвитку сприяв розробленню регіональних стратегій, що враховують 17 Цілей сталого розвитку, ухвалених на Саміті ООН зі сталого розвитку у 2015 р., адаптованих відповідно до національних умов та ґрунтуються на цільових програмах і схемах територіального розвитку регіонів. Мета дослідження: визначити шляхи адаптації та реалізації Цілей сталого розвитку в частині здоров’язбереження населення крізь призму регіональних, місцевих та локальних проблем. Методи: аналіз документів; інформаційно-аналітичний; теоретичного узагальнення; абстракції; елементи кейс-стаді. Реалізація Цілі сталого розвитку 3 «Міцне здоров’я і благополуччя» на Рівненщині інтегрована у Стратегію розвитку Рівненської області, Стратегію розвитку Рівненської міської територіальної громади на період до 2027 року та низку галузевих та освітніх програм. Основний акцент зміщено на доступність медицини, реабілітацію постраждалих від війни, підтримку ментального здоров’я, охорону материнства та дитинства, безбар’єрність та доступність. Реалізація Цілей сталого розвитку в університеті базується на модернізації освіти, впровадженні екологічних принципів, зміцненні здоров’я та популяризації здорового способу життя, наукових дослідженнях. Висновки. Зазначено на необхідності інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку в педагогічну діяльність для формування особистості, здатної відповідально ставитися до власного здоров’я та навколишнього середовища. Реалізація Національним університетом водного господарства та природокористування Цілей сталого розвитку засвідчує конструктивний, цілеспрямований шлях закладу вищої освіти на шляху до здоров’язбереження.

The process of Ukraine's integration with the global system of ensuring sustainable development contributed to the development of regional strategies that take into account the 17 Sustainable Development Goals adopted at the UN Summit on Sustainable Development in 2015, adapted in accordance with national conditions and based on target programs and schemes of territorial development of regions. The purpose of the article: to determine ways of adapting and implementing the Sustainable Development Goals in terms of population health through the prism of regional, local and local problems. Methods: document analysis; information and analytical; theoretical generalization; abstraction; case study elements. Results. The implementation of Sustainable Development Goal 3 "Good Health and Well-being" in the Rivne region is integrated into the Development Strategy of the Rivne region, the Development Strategy of the Rivne city territorial community for the period until 2027 and a number of educational programs. The main emphasis is on the availability of medicine, rehabilitation of war victims, mental health support, protection of motherhood and childhood, barrier-free and accessibility. The implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals at the NUVGP is based on the modernization of education, the implementation of environmental principles, health promotion and promotion of a healthy lifestyle, scientific research. The university integrates the principles of sustainable development through education, greening of economic activities and the development of local communities, focusing on water resources, decent work and innovation. Conclusions. The implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine with an emphasis on regional problems requires a systemic approach, which involves adapting the national strategy to local conditions, improving the monitoring system, involving the public, providing financial support and intersectional cooperation. Scientists emphasize the need to integrate the principles of sustainable development into pedagogical activities to form a person who is able to responsibly treat his own health and the environment. The implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals by the National University of Water Management and Environmental Management demonstrates the constructive, purposeful path of the higher education institution towards health preservation. Throughout a number of events and programs, the university demonstrates that even in difficult conditions (wartime challenges and limited resources) it is possible to effectively work on achieving global goals through local actions.
