Динаміка показників функціонального стану нервової системи гандболістів високої кваліфікації

З метою оптимізації навчально-тренувального процесу у гандболі, нами було проведено вивчення рівня
інтелектуальних здібностей спортсменів. В комплексне обстеження входили найбільш інформативні показники, що
оцінюють рівень розвитку наочно-образної пам’яті, наочно-образного мислення, розподілу, переключення обсягу і стійкості
уваги, просторового сприйняття напрямку, оперативної пам’яті, моторної координації. Отримані результати показали, що гандболісти високої кваліфікації команди «ЗТР» здатні швидше і точніше переходити від одного виду діяльності до іншого,
що дозволяє оперативно реагувати та здійснювати цілеспрямовані техніко-тактичні дії. Застосування технології
тестування функціонального стану нервової системи, на основі врахування рівня розвитку інтелектуальних здібностей
гандболістів високої кваліфікації, дає можливість своєчасно вносити корективи в план підготовки.

In
order to optimize the training process in handball, we conducted a study of the level of intellectual abilities of athletes. The purpose of
our study was to evaluate the effect of a training program on the level of the functional state of the nervous system highly qualified
handball players during the competition period a year macro-cycle. The research intention – to identify and analyze the performance of
the functional state of the nervous system highly qualified handball players. The comprehensive survey included the most informative
indicators that assess the level of development of visual-image memory, visual-figurative thinking, distribution, switching volume and
stability of attention, perception of spatial directions, memory, motor coordination. The results showed that the handball players of high
qualification «ZTR» team capable of quickly and accurately move from one activity to another, that allows you to respond quickly and
implement targeted technical and tactical actions. Analysis of the results led to the conclusion that, on the one hand, "ZTR have a high
enough level of intellectual performance, but on the other – their low efficiency of competitive activity during the games in the European
Cup may indicate non-compliance of the complexity of the studied parameters requirements of professional competence. The achieved
results showed that highly qualified handball players of "ZTR" team can quickly and accurately move from one activity to another, that
allows you to respond quickly and implement targeted technical and tactical actions. Technological approach in testing of the functional
state of the nervous system, by taking into account the level of development of intellectual abilities of highly qualified handball players,
makes it possible to make timely adjustments in the training plan. Application technology testing of the functional state of the nervous
