Компетентнісний підхід до професійної физкультурно-спортивної освіти

У статті розкривається поняття професійної компетентності, пропонується структура і зміст професійної компетентності фахівця з фізичної культурі та спорту, наводяться загальні характеристики компетентнісного підходу до професійної освіти та визначається їх зв’язок зі змістом професійної компетентності фахівців з фізичної культури і спорту.

This article deals with the concept of professional competence, it is proposed the structure and content of professional competence of the expert in physical training and sports, the general characteristics of the competence approach to vocational education and is determined by their relationship with the content of professional competence of specialists in physical culture and sports. Professional competence is the result of professional education. Its formation through educational content together disciplines and molded in their development of professional skills. This is a dynamic process that involves the development of professional orientation of the individual, professionally important qualities of psychological and physiological properties, search for optimal quality and creative ways to perform professionally meaningful activities in accordance with the individual characteristics of the individual; he mediated a professional activity and social situation. From the standpoint of competency approach is the formation of professional competence exercised solely by methodological and pedagogical approaches, rather than by "teaching" on subject-content level. Thus, the content of professional competence allowed us to specify the position competence approach in the context of training in physical education and sport. For a complete implementation of competence approach in professional sports and sports education should develop criteria for evaluating and selecting appropriate diagnostic methods of formation of professional competence of specialists in physical culture and sport, that develop tools for evaluating the quality of professional education in the field of physical culture and sports.
