Удосконалення тактичної готовності одноборців до змагальної діяльності із використанням інструментів «АІ»

У статті здійснено теоретико-методологічне обґрунтування та експериментальну перевірку ефективності методики формування тактичної готовності спортсменів і спортсменок, які спеціалізуються в бойовому самбо, на основі інтеграції інструментів штучного інтелекту в систему підготовки. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена підвищенням динаміки та непередбачуваності змагальної діяльності, що вимагає удосконалення механізмів оперативного аналізу поєдинку, прогнозування поведінки суперника(суперниць) та прийняття оптимальних і виважених рішень в умовах дефіциту часу. Концептуальні засади методики ґрунтуються на поєднанні положень теорії спортивного тренування, педагогіки, когнітивної психології діяльності та сучасних підходів до аналізу великих масивів даних. Структура розробленої методики охоплює діагностично-аналітичний, прогностично-моделювальний, адаптивно-тренувальний і контрольно-коригувальний блоки. Використання систем комп’ютерного зору, алгоритмів машинного навчання та цифрового моніторингу функціонального стану забезпечує об’єктивізацію оцінювання техніко-тактичних дій, ведення боротьби, персоналізацію тренувальних навантажень та визначення коронних техніко-тактичних дій суперників. Запропоновано систему критеріїв (когнітивно-аналітичний, операційно-процесуальний, варіативно-стратегічний, результативний) і відповідні рівні сформованості тактичної готовності.

The article provides a theoretical and methodological substantiation and an experimental verification of the effectiveness of a methodology aimed at developing tactical readiness in male and female athletes specializing in combat sambo through the integration of artificial intelligence tools into the training system. The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing dynamism and unpredictability of competitive performance, which necessitate the improvement of mechanisms for real-time bout analysis, opponent behavior forecasting, and optimal decision-making under time constraints. The conceptual framework of the methodology is grounded in the integration of sports training theory, cognitive psychology of activity, and contemporary approaches to large-scale data analysis. The primary objective of the research is to design a methodology for enhancing the tactical readiness of combat sambo athletes for competitive bouts by applying artificial intelligence instruments. The study employed a set of complementary research methods, including analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, systemic and structural-functional analysis, pedagogical modeling, pedagogical observation, analysis of competitive performance of elite combat sambo athletes, biomechanical analysis, video analysis, assessment of tactical thinking, and expert evaluation. The structure of the proposed methodology comprises diagnostic-analytical, prognostic-modeling, adaptive-training, and control-corrective blocks. The application of computer vision systems, machine learning algorithms, and digital monitoring of functional state ensures objective assessment of technical and tactical actions, identification of individual fighting patterns, personalization of training loads, and detection of opponents’ dominant technical-tactical strategies. A system of criteria (cognitive-analytical, operational-procedural, variable-strategic, and performance-based) and corresponding levels of tactical readiness formation has been developed. The expected scientific outcome involves establishing a statistically significant relationship between the integrated tactical readiness index and indicators of competitive performance (number of victories, points scored, and early bout terminations). Prospects for further research include conducting a pedagogical experiment to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology for improving tactical readiness in combat sambo athletes through the application of artificial intelligence tools.
