Лідерські та управлінські навички, які впливають на ефективність викладачів з фізичного виховання у закладах вищої освіти

У статті досліджено лідерські та управлінські навички викладачів фізичного виховання, що впливають на ефективність їхньої професійної діяльності у закладах вищої освіти. Визначено, що ефективний викладач поєднує педагогічну майстерність із лідерськими якостями, здатністю мотивувати здобувачів та приймати рішення в умовах динамічного освітнього середовища. Встановлено, що ефективність викладача як лідера виявляється в індивідуальному та колективному вимірах педагогічної діяльності, а до ключових лідерських якостей належать фахова експертність, організаційні навички, фізична підготовленість, сила волі та дисциплінованість. Обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування лідерського потенціалу здобувачів засобами фізичного виховання та доведено, що ефективність цього процесу безпосередньо залежить від організації освітнього процесу і структури фізкультурно-спортивної роботи в закладі вищої освіти.

The article examines the leadership and management skills of physical education teachers that influence the effectiveness of their professional activity in higher education institutions. The relevance of this issue is determined by the growing demands of the modern educational environment, where a teacher must combine not only professional knowledge and pedagogical excellence, but also developed leadership qualities and management competencies that ensure the quality of the educational process. It is established that the effectiveness of the physical education process directly depends on the level of the teacher's management competencies, their ability to organize collective activities, motivate students and make effective decisions in a dynamic and competitive educational environment. Globalization processes require the actualization of all aspects of the teacher's management potential, which allows them to effectively realize themselves in professional activity. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of a teacher as a leader manifests itself in two dimensions of pedagogical activity. In the individual dimension, the teacher is able to organize their own work clearly, prepare methodologically and psychologically for classes, maintain perseverance in achieving educational results and demonstrate flexibility in the face of change. In the collective dimension, the teacher is able to unite the academic group, ensure the dynamics of students' learning activity, organize effective communication among participants of the educational process and support colleagues in the implementation of shared educational objectives. The pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of students' leadership potential through physical education are defined: the organization of a developmental educational environment aimed at fostering initiative and independence; the cultivation of purposefulness, self-control and resilience; involvement in student self-governance and volunteering; the development of individual and group projects; the conduct of discussions and debates to develop communication skills and critical thinking. It is emphasized that the modern management model of a physical education teacher is characterized by flexibility and dynamism, and the effectiveness of developing leadership competencies directly depends on the organization of the educational process and the structure of physical culture, health-improving and sports activities in higher education institutions. Physical culture, beyond training the human body, develops individual qualities of resilience, ambition and composure in challenging situations, which are defining characteristics of an effective teacher-leader.
