Методика формування стилю педагогічного спілкування майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва у процесі роботи з хором

Abstract

Формування стилю педагогічного спілкування у фаховій підготовці майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва є актуальною науковою проблемою, яка потребує детального дослідження. Ефективність освітнього процесу залежить від досягнення вчителем взаєморозуміння та творчого співробітництва з учнями у ході спілкування, і саме стиль робить його педагогічно спрямованим. Наукова новизна і теоретичне значення дослідження полягає в тому, що вперше: розроблено поетапну методику формування стилю педагогічного спілкування майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва у процесі роботи з хором, проведено сутнісно-критеріальний аналіз досліджуваного феномена, на основі якого виокремлено структурні компоненти стилю педагогічного спілкування майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва, розроблено критерії та показники, окреслено критеріально-рівневі характеристики його сформованості; визначено основоположні принципи, обґрунтовано педагогічні умови, необхідні для забезпечення ефективності впровадження розробленої авторської методики в освітній процес ЗВО музично-педагогічного спрямування. На основі теоретичного аналізу в науковій літературі понять «стиль», «творча взаємодія», «спілкування» уточнено зміст понять «педагогічне спілкування» та «стиль педагогічного спілкування майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтвау процесі роботи з хором». З’ясовано, що саме специфіка роботи з хором обумовлює специфіку спілкування і впливає на формування стилю педагогічного спілкування та здатності до творчої взаємодії майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва, завдяки чому удосконалено форми та методи, спрямовані на формування стилю педагогічного спілкування майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва у процесі роботи з хором. Подальшого розвитку набули науково-педагогічні ідеї щодо розв’язання проблеми педагогічної комунікації в процесі диригентсько-хорової підготовки студентів факультетів мистецтв.The formation of a style of pedagogical communication in the professional training of future music teachers is a relevant scientific issue that requires detailed research. The effectiveness of the educational process depends on the teacher's ability to achieve mutual understanding and creative cooperation with students through communication, and it is the style that gives this communication a pedagogical direction. Scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the study. For the first time, a step-by-step methodology has been devised for cultivating the style of pedagogical communication of future music teachers in the course of choral work. An essential–criterial analysis of the phenomenon under investigation has been conducted, enabling the identification of the structural components of the pedagogical communication style of future music teachers, the development of corresponding criteria and indicators, and the delineation of criterial-level characteristics of its formation. Fundamental principles have been formulated, and pedagogical conditions required to ensure the effective implementation of the author’s methodology in the educational process of music-pedagogical institutions have been substantiated. On the basis of a theoretical examination of the scientific literature concerning the concepts of “style,” “creative interaction,” and “communication,” the content of the notions “pedagogical communication” and “style of pedagogical communication of future music teachers in the process of working with the choir" has been clarified. It was found that it is the specifics of working with a choir that determine the specific features of communication and influence the formation of the pedagogical communication style and the ability for creative interaction of future teachers of music, thanks to which the forms and methods aimed at forming the pedagogical communication style of future teachers of music in the process of working with a choir have been improved. Scientific and pedagogical ideas regarding solving problems of pedagogical communication in the process of choral-conducting training of students of the faculties of arts have been further developed.
