Характеристики м'язового балансу дівчаток 5-6 років як показники становлення постави в процесі занять елементами гімнастики художньої

Дослідження полягало у визначенні та вивченні стану сформованості постави дітей дошкільного віку на основі розробленої діагностики показників м’язового балансу. В експерименті брали участь 12 дівчаток 5-6 років, що займаються в групі початкової підготовки гімнастики художньої. М'язовий баланс постави вивчався за допомогою модифікованої проби Ромберга (2-й варіант). Виявлено, що важливими, інформативними характеристиками сформованості постави є запропоновані нами показники стійкості функції рівноваги та асиметрії м’язового балансу. Зазначені функціональні показники м’язового балансу заслуговують на увагу в якості польових тестів донозологічної діагностики стану сформованості постави дітей у фронтальній площині.

The study was to identify and review the state of formation of posture children of preschool age on the basis of the developed diagnostic indicators of muscle balance. In the experiment involved 12 girls 5-6 years engaged in the group of initial training in artistic gymnastics. Muscle balance posture was studied using a modified Romberg tests (2nd option). The modification consisted in the fixation and subsequent comparison of stable and unstable equilibrium phases. It is revealed that the important and informative characteristics of formation of posture are the sustainability indicators of balance and asymmetry of muscle balance. The data show that at the end of the year of the pedagogical experiment the duration of the average group indicators of phases of stable and unstable equilibrium is significantly different. The advantage of the experimental group were, respectively, 2.41 and 1.6 times. It is noteworthy that the range of asymmetry indices of muscular balance in the control group was much higher than in the experimental group. This was due to the studied, with certain functional variations in goniometric indicators: (+) asymmetry of the shoulders (V. A. Gamburtsev), the lower ends of the blades, asymmetry verrohrung and lower thoracic spine. These functional indicators of muscle balance deserve the attention as field tests prenosological diagnostics of a condition of formation of posture of children in the frontal plane.
