Аналіз окремих поведінкових характеристик юних футболістів 9-10 років в контексті формування ефективної командної взаємодії

Abstract

В статті проаналізовано психологічні поведінкові характеристики юних футболістів віком 9-10 років в контексті формування ефективної взаємодії всередині команди. Аналіз, врахування та системне формування психологічних властивостей гравців, які обумовлюють особливості поведінки та групової взаємодії, є важливим фактором успішної підготовки в командних видах спорту. Наявність відповідних поведінкових рис футболістів значною мірою обумовлює ефективність групової динаміки, що має завершуватись досягненням необхідного рівня згуртованості команди. Метою роботи було визначити та проаналізувати поведінкові характеристики юних футболістів, що впливають на ефективність командної взаємодії. Отримані в ході психодіагностики дані свідчать про те, що юні футболісти 9-10 років схильні до уникнення конфліктів, залежної поведінки, прояву товариськості, мають середній рівень комунікативних здібностей, а також низький рівень організаторських навичок. Результати досліджень підтвердили актуальність інтеграції в навчально-тренувальний процес юних футболістів спеціальних тренінгів і вправ для розвитку самостійності, лідерських якостей та стресостійкості.A rational system of training sports reserve in football is impossible without proper consideration of the psychological aspects of training both at the individual and team levels. The article analyzes the psychological behavioral characteristics of young football players aged 9-10 years in the context of forming effective interaction within the team. Analysis, consideration and systematic formation of the psychological properties of players that determine the characteristics of behavior and group interaction is an important factor in successful training in team sports. The presence of appropriate behavioral traits of football players largely determines the effectiveness of group dynamics, which should end with achieving the required level of team cohesion. The aim of the work was to identify and analyze the behavioral characteristics of young football players that affect the effectiveness of team interaction. The data obtained during diagnostics indicate that young football players aged 9-10 years are prone to conflict avoidance, dependent behavior, a high level of sociability, an average level of communication skills, and a low level of organizational skills. Analyzing the results of the diagnostics of psychological qualities, it should be noted that, in addition to age-related characteristics, the insufficient formation of personal psychological qualities is also due to the lack of systematic work in this area. In general, the results of the research confirmed the relevance and necessity of integrating special training and exercises for the development of independence and leadership qualities into the educational and training process of young football players. The targeted development of the studied indicators will significantly improve the level of team interaction and increase the degree of realization of individual capabilities of players. The prospects for further research in this area are to expand psychological qualities and personal properties, as well as to conduct diagnostic procedures in other age groups.
