Професійний розвиток педагога в умовах технологічних змін

Abstract

В статті наголошується на особливостях напрямів і форм професійного розвитку педагога в умовах технологічних змін. Підкреслено, що успіх реформаційних процесів в освіті залежить від вдосконалення педагогічної майстерності педагога та умов його професійного розвитку, від того, наскільки вчитель усвідомив їх цінність і сформував своє ставлення до змін, що відбуваються. Професійний розвиток розглядається як процес активного перетворення особистістю свого внутрішнього світу за допомогою формування і розвитку професійно значущих в педагогічній діяльності знань, умінь і навичок, здібностей і якостей особистості, мотивації, діяльності, комунікативності й рефлексії, які впливають на успішну творчу самореалізацію педагога в його професійній діяльності в умовах роботи в конкретній загальноосвітній організації з урахуванням потреб і запитів всіх учасників освітніх відносин і соціуму.The article emphasizes the peculiarities of directions and forms of professional development of a teacher in the conditions of technological changes.It is emphasized that the success of reform processes in education depends on the improvement of pedagogical skills of the teacher and the conditions of his professional development, on the extent to which the teacher realized their value and formed his attitude to the changes taking place. Professional development is seen as a process of active transformation of a person's inner world through the formation and development of professionally significant in pedagogical activities knowledge, skills, abilities and qualities of personality, motivation, activity, communication and reflection that affect the successful creative self-realization of teachers in his professional activities in terms of working in a particular educational organization, taking into account the needs and requests of all participants in educational relations and society.
