Комплекс мотиваційно-психологічних факторів комфортної участі дітей-внутрішньо переміщених осіб у фізичній культурі та спорті

Abstract

Провели опитування дітей-ВПО з різних регіонів України. Результати свідчать, що брак мотивації або зацікавленості є основною перепоною до регулярної рухової активності дітей-ВПО. Водночас встановлено, що провідними мотивами дітей-ВПО до занять фізичною культурою і спортом є прагнення до покращення здоров’я та самопочуття, бажання бути сильним і витривалим, а також потреба у спілкуванні з друзями та нових соціальних контактах. Діти-ВПО почуваються комфортно під час занять у новому колективі. Більше половини опитаних акцентують важливість спілкування під час занять і виявляють готовність до встановлення нових соціальних зв’язків. Результати підтверджують, що фізична культура і спорт для дітей-ВПО виконують важливу соціально-адаптаційну функцію, проте потребують більш системного врахування психоемоційних потреб цієї категорії дітей.The effectiveness of fostering psychosocial well-being, social integration, and resilience among internally displaced children (IDPs) significantly increases when organisational and resource support is purposefully ensured, when adapted forms of physical education are used, and when psychosocially oriented conditions for conducting classes are implemented. The aim of the study was to theoretically substantiate and analyse the organisational-resource factors, forms, and psychosocial conditions that ensure comfortable participation of IDP children in physical education under modern socio-educational realities. Materials and methods. An online survey was conducted among IDP children from different regions of Ukraine. The sample included 427 children aged 6–17 years (mean age 11.59 ± 1.86) who had been in IDP status for at least three months. Research methods: sociological (questionnaire survey); psychometric and statistical methods (descriptive statistics, %). Results. The findings indicate that lack of motivation or interest is the main barrier to regular physical activity among IDP children. Only 41.9% of respondents reported lack of time due to academic workload. At the same time, it was found that the leading motives for IDP children to engage in physical activity and sports include the desire to improve health and well-being, the aspiration to be strong and resilient, and the need for communication with friends and establishing new social contacts. Two-thirds of IDP children feel comfortable participating in activities within a new group, indicating a relatively high level of their social adaptation in the physical education and sports environment. More than half of the respondents emphasised the importance of communication during activities and expressed readiness to form new social connections, highlighting the significant role of physical activity as a space for social integration. Conclusion. The results confirm that physical education and sports play an important social-adaptive role for IDP children; however, there is a need for targeted motivational support and more systematic consideration of the psycho-emotional needs of this category of children.
