Формування культури професійно-комунікативного спілкування майбутніх фахівців публічного управління і адміністрування у процесі фахової підготовки

Дисертація присвячена дослідженню проблеми підвищення рівня сформованості культури професійно-комунікативного спілкування майбутніх фахівців з публічного управління і адміністрування у процесі фахової підготовки. У роботі досліджено проблему формування культури професійно-комунікативного спілкування майбутніх фахівців з публічного управління і адміністрування у процесі фахової підготовки. Виявлено, теоретично обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено ефективність педагогічних умов формування культури професійно-комунікативного спілкування майбутніх фахівців публічного управління і адміністрування в процесі фахової підготовки (модифікація змісту фахової підготовки шляхом поетапного доповнення курикулуму окремими темами і навчальними дисциплінами (варіативна складова) циклу професійної та практичної підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти; упровадження інтерактивних форм і методів навчання з урахуванням контексту професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців публічного управління та адміністрування; створення комфортного психологічного мікроклімату в професійному спілкуванні фахівців публічного управління та адміністрування у малих групах; реалізацію індивідуального підходу до навчання із застосуванням різнорівневих завдань). Розроблено організаційно-педагогічну модель формування культури професійно-комунікативного спілкування майбутніх фахівців публічного управління і адміністрування у процесі фахової підготовки.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the problem of increasing the level of
formation of the culture of professional communication of future specialists in public administration and management in the process of professional training. The paper examines the problem of forming a culture of professional communication of future specialists in public administration and management in the process of professional training. The effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of a culture of professional communication of future specialists in public administration in the process of professional training was discovered, theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified (modification of the content of professional training by gradually supplementing the curriculum with separate topics and educational disciplines (variable component) of the cycle of professional and practical training of students of higher education; introduction of interactive forms and methods of training taking into account the professional activity of future public administration specialists; creation of a comfortable psychological climate in the professional communication of public administration specialists; implementation of an individual approach to training with the application of different levels of tasks). An organizational and pedagogical model for the formation of a culture of professional communication of future specialists in public administration in the process of professional training was developed; the essence of the concept of "culture of professional communication of future specialists in public administration" is specified, which is considered as an integrative characteristic of higher education graduates, as their ability to effectively carry out communicative activities in the professional sphere, which is based on a system of knowledge, values and models behavior adopted in the field of public administration, as well as personal qualities that are manifested through motivation, willpower and the ability to reflect; the criteria (value-motivational, cognitive, activity-practical and reflexive-self-regulatory), indicators and levels of formation of the culture of professional communication in the process of professional training have been improved; further development was achieved: the method of forming a culture of professional communication of future specialists in public administration in the process of professional training; the content, forms and methods of organizing educational, independent and individual work aimed at forming a culture of professional communication of future specialists in public administration in the process of professional training.
