Анотація
У статті розглядається проблема впливу оздоровчої аеробіки на когнітивний розвиток та психоемоційний стан учнів 1–4 класів. Науково-технічний прогрес сприяв зниженню фізичної активності дітей, що негативно впливає на їх розумовий розвиток, фізичне та психічне здоров’я. Аналіз сучасних досліджень показує, що аеробна фізична активність позитивно впливає на розвиток уваги, пам’яті та формування виконавчих навичок дітей, а також сприяє зниженню рівня тривожності та стресу. Метою дослідження було дослідити та обґрунтувати вплив аеробіки на когнітивний розвиток і психоемоційний стан дітей молодшого шкільного віку. Виклад основного матеріалу деталізує механізми, через які аеробіка покращує когнітивні здібності (підвищується концентрація уваги, поліпшується пам’ять, формується вміння планування) та психоемоційний стан (зменшується рівень стресу, підвищується самооцінка). Зроблено висновок про значний потенціал аеробіки як комплексного інструменту для гармонійного розвитку дітей молодшого шкільного віку.
The modern educational process in primary school is faced with challenges related to the decrease in the level of physical activity of children, which has negative consequences for their physical health, cognitive development and psycho-emotional state. This article explores the potential of aerobics as an effective tool for solving these problems, based on its impact on cognitive functions and psycho-emotional state of primary school children. Scientific studies of recent years are analyzed, which confirm the positive relationship between aerobic physical activity and improvement of attention, memory, executive functions of the brain, as well as a decrease in anxiety and stress in children. The purpose of the study was to study and substantiate the positive impact of aerobics on the cognitive development and psycho-emotional state of primary school children. The presentation of the main material reveals the mechanisms by which aerobics contributes to the cognitive development of younger schoolchildren: due to the need to synchronize movements with music during aerobics classes, concentration and focus improve; due to memorizing combinations of movements, operational and long-term memory develops; through the performance of complex sequences of movements, executive functions such as planning one's actions, flexibility in making and implementing decisions, and self-control are formed. The positive effect of aerobics on the psycho-emotional state is separately considered: due to the production of endorphins during aerobic physical activity, the level of anxiety and stress decreases; due to the successful mastery of complex combinations of movements, self-esteem and self-confidence increase; thanks to group classes, social skills and empathy develop; excess energy is also effectively released, which is important for children with high activity. It is concluded that aerobics is a valuable component of the educational process, capable of comprehensively supporting the development of younger schoolchildren, contributing to their academic success and overall well-being. Prospects for further research include the development and long-term evaluation of standardized aerobics programs for younger schoolchildren.
