Теоретичні аспекти здійснення здоров’яформуючої діяльності в процесі фізичного виховання школярів

У статті проведено систематизацію наукових даних відносно проблематики формування здоров’я дітей шкільного віку в Україні. Визначено провідну позицію здоров’яформуючих технологій у напрямку формування здоров’я дітей шкільного віку в процесі фізичного виховання. Метою дослідження було визначено аналіз практичного досвіду здійснення здоров’яформуючої діяльності у процесі фізичного виховання дітей шкільного віку. Серед методів дослідження були використані аналіз та узагальнення науково-методичної літератури, ресурсів мережі Internet, контент-аналіз, понятійно-термінологічний аналіз, теоретико-методологічний аналіз. Результатом дослідження є систематизація наукових даних щодо стратегічних напрямків збереження та формування здоров’я на міжнародному рівні. Наведено приклади програм збереження здоров’я дітей, які функціонують у
європейському просторі та знайшли своє відображення в законодавчих актах України. Проаналізовано практичний досвід запровадження засобів фізичного виховання у напрямку збереження та формування здоров’я дітей шкільного віку.

The publication systematizes scientific data regarding the issues of forming health among
school-aged children in Ukraine. The classifications of educational technologies, supporting the process of health formation of schoolchildren are considered. The leading position and the meaning of health-forming technologies regarding health formation of
school-aged children in the process of physical education are defined. The aim of the research is to analyze practical experience of performing health-forming activity in the process of physical education of school-aged children. Among the research methods used there is analysis and generalization of the data from scientific and methodological resources, Internet sources, content analysis, concept and term analysis, theoretical and methodological analysis. The research resulted in systematization of scientific data
regarding protection and formation of health of various-aged persons at international scale. The examples of programs in protecting children’s health, operational in European environment and reflected in legislative acts of Ukraine are provided. Practical experience
of implementing technologies and programs regarding protection and formation of school-aged children’s health, including the ones involving the means of general physical education for preventing negative influence on a child’s body are analyzed. The results of
practical implementation of some programs using innovative means of physical education (Ukrainian folk dancing, choreography, breathing exercises, means of Oriental health-improving systems, scout system of physical education) are presented, the
advantages of these means in protecting health of school-aged children are described. The necessity to activate actions regarding development of mechanism of implementing health-forming technologies in physical education at school emphasizing innovative
components of physical education means used is set. The main directions of the activity in implementing health-forming technologies in the process of physical education are defined.
