Формування галузі спортивного права у структурі державної влади

У статті розглядається питання формування галузі спортивного права в загальній структурі побудови й
організації взаємозумовлених відносин. Обґрунтовано категорійний термінологічний апарат: «сила», «влада», «закон»,
«норма», «право». Охарактеризовано структурне подання влади в її послідовному прояві спрямованого розподілу
потенційних можливостей спільних взаємозумовлених відносин громадян держави у сфері фізичної культури та спорту.
Обґрунтовано зміст поняття «сила влади» в одновимірному, двовимірному і тривимірному геометричних просторах.
Систематизовано та представлено устрій організації різних форм вираження влади. За якісною спрямованістю сфер
керування вона завжди розділена на три незалежні складові характеристики, які у своєму взаємозумовленому відношенні
визначають простір єдиного владного керування.

The article deals with the issue
of the formation of the field of sports law in the general structure of building and organizing interdependent relations. Reasonably
categorical terminological apparatus: "force", "power", "law", "norm", "law". The structural representation of power is characterized in
its sequential manifestation of the directional distribution of the potential possibilities of joint interdependent relations of citizens of
the state in the field of physical culture and sports. The content of the concept “power of power” in one-dimensional, two-dimensional
and three-dimensional geometric spaces is substantiated. The organization of various forms of power expression is systematized and presented. In terms of the qualitative focus of management spheres, it is always divided into three independent constituent
characteristics, which, in their interdependent relationship, define the space of a single authority structure.
