Роль іншомовної компетентності у професійній діяльності науково-педагогічного працівника

Abstract

У статті особлива увага надається питанням розвитку іншомовної компетентності, яка необхідна науково-педагогічним працівникам для успішної участі у міжнародній взаємодії. Автор показує виявлені в процесі опитування проблеми і методи активізації професійної підготовки науково-педагогічних працівників до іншомовного спілкування.The article is devoted to the problems of intercultural communication in the professional sphere of scientific and pedagogical workers. Particular attention is paid to the development of foreign language and intercultural competence, which are necessary for successful participation in international cooperation. The author shows the problems revealed in the survey process and also the professional training activation methods of scientific and pedagogical workers for foreign language communication.
