Теорія і методика формування професійної компетентності логістики у майбутніх фахівців інфокомунікацій

У дисертаційному дослідженні розроблено, обґрунтовано та праксіологічно перевірено структурно-функціональну модель формування професійної компетентності логістики у майбутніх фахівців інфокомунікацій для забезпечення галузі звʼязку, що презентовано у синергії цільової, нормативно-правової, організаційно-методичної, спеціально-змістової функціональної, технологічної та релевантної підсистем у визначених педагогічних умовах (соціальної відповідальності, професійної культури та належного врядування) згідно визначеного наукового апарату дослідження: об’єкт– процес формування професійної компетентності логістики у майбутніх фахівців інфокомунікацій; предмет – структурно-функціональна модель формування професійної компетентності логістики у майбутніх фахівців інфокомунікацій. У дисертації уперше: уточнено завдяки теоретичному і структурно-логічному аналізу тезаурус педагогічної проблеми формування професійної компетентності логістики у майбутніх фахівців інфокомунікацій у академічно визначених концептуальних підходах; визначено та розкрито у ході лінгвістичного (у 26-ти мов світу) та дефінітивного аналізу полімовного тлумачення поняття «логістика» за характерними категоріями (технологічності, когнітивності, аксіологічності та системності) його трактування; виокремлено в ретроспективі етапи становлення та розвитку галузі науки і знань та сфери економічної діяльності (протологістичний військовий; військово-логістичний; функціонально-операційний; інтеграційний; цифровий); встановлено зміст та функціональне призначення контентів нормативно-правового та технічного регулювання сфери логістики інфокомунікацій галузі звʼязку та сфери освіти, науки й інноватики засобами формально-логічного аналізу; встановлено роль і функції сфери логістики інфокомунікацій у галузі звʼязку та визначено можливості зайнятості майбутніх і задіяних фахівців інфокомунікацій у професійному середовищі працевлаштування; розроблено та обґрунтовано архітектуру (змісту і будови) сформованості професійної компетентності логістики у майбутніх фахівців інфокомунікацій з таксономічною спробою систематизації компетенцій і здатностей у інформаційно-технологічних організаційно-управлінських, системно-аналітичних, інформаційно-комунікаційних, креаційних та інноваційних, професійно-етичних, семантичних аспектах забезпечення бажаного рівня її сформованості та перспектив сталості сфери логістики інфокомунікації для галузі зв’язку; розроблено освітній компонент «Логістика» (з методичним органайзером та інформаційно-технологічним забезпеченням) для першого (бакалаврського) рівня освіти, галузі знань 17 «Електроніка та телекомунікації» спеціальності 172 «Телекомунікації та радіотехніка», здійснено добір засобів правового та технічного регулювання; сформульовано у авторському трактуванні «процес формування професійної компетентності логістики у майбутніх фахівців інфокомунікацій»; подальшого розвитку набули теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти формування професійної компетентності логістики у майбутніх фахівців інфокомунікацій для галузі звʼязку.

The dissertation research develops, substantiates, and praxeologically validates a structural-functional model for the process of developing logistics professional logistics competence in future infocommunication specialists serving the communications sector; this model is presented through the synergy of goal-oriented, regulatory-legal, organizational-methodological, specialized-content functional, technological, and relevant subsystems utilizing diagnostic tools based on a developed set of criteria (axiological-motivational, information-communication, and functional-technological) and proficiency levels (low, medium, and high) within defined pedagogical conditions (social responsibility, professional culture, and good governance). Acording to the defined scientific apparatus of the research, the object is the process of developing professional logistics competence in future infocommunication specialists, and the subject is the structural-functional model of developing professional logistics competence in future infocommunication specialists. For the first time, the dissertation: refines, through theoretical and structural-logical analysis; identifies and interprets, through linguistic analysis involving twenty-six world languages and definitional analysis; the multilingual interpretation of the concept of «logistics» has been defined and elucidated-based on linguistic (covering 26 languages) and definitive analyses – according to the characteristic categories of its conceptualization (technological, cognitive, axiological, and systemic); and the stages of the emergence and development of this field of science and knowledge, as well as the sphere of economic activity, have been identified from a retrospective perspective; the stages of formation and development of the scientific field and the sphere of economic activity have been identified in retrospect (proto-logistical military; military-logistical; functional-operational; integration; digital); the content and functional purpose of the regulatory and technical frameworks governing infocommunication logistics within the communications sector and the spheres of education, science, and innovation have been established through formal-logical analysis; the role and functions of infocommunication logistics within the communications sector have been determined, and employment opportunities for future and practicing infocommunication specialists in the professional labor market have been identified; an architecture (comprising content and structure) for the development of professional logistics competence among future infocommunication specialists has been developed and substantiated; this includes a taxonomic attempt to systematize competencies and capabilities across information-technological, organizational-managerial, systems-analytical, information-communication, creative-innovative, professional-ethical, and semantic aspects, aimed at ensuring the desired level of competence development and the long-term sustainability of the infocommunication logistics sector within the communications industry; develops the educational component «Logistics» (including a methodological organizer and information-technological support) for the first (Bachelor's) level of higher education in Field of Knowledge 17 «Electronics and Telecommunications», Specialty 172 «Telecommunications and Radio Engineering», accompanied by a selection of legal and technical regulatory instruments; and formulates the author's definition of the «process of developing professional logistics competence in future infocommunication specialists». Curricula and methodological guidelines have been developed for the courses «Postal Communication Technologies» and «Information Technologies in Postal Communication» intended for the training of Professional Junior Bachelors in Specialty 172 «Electronic Communications and Radio Engineering» within Field of Knowledge 17 «Electronics, Automation, and Electronic Communications». The dissertation further advances the theoretical, methodological, and practical foundations for developing logistics professional competence in future infocommunication specialists for the communications industry.
