Психологія прийняття рішень у педагогічній діяльності

У дисертації досліджуються механізми та особливості процесу прийняття вчителями рішень у проблемних ситуаціях педагогічної діяльності. На основі аналізу різних форм детермінації активності педагога – причинної, цільової та ціннісної – утверджується положення про ієрархічну будову механізмів, на основі яких здійснюється процес прийняття рішень у проблемних ситуаціях педагогічної діяльності. У роботі досліджено окремі закономірності, пов’язані з впливом на процес прийняття педагогічних рішень ціннісних детермінант. У дослідженні визначено критерії ефективності педагогічних рішень та встановлено, що в умовах спеціально організованої діяльності, яка складає основу технології рефлексивно-цільового тренінгу, у вчителів можуть розвиватись уміння прийняття ефективних педагогічних рішень.

The dissertation researches into the mechanisms and the peculiarities of the process of decision-making in the problem situations of pedagogical activity. On the basis of the analysis of different forms of determination of the teacher activity – causative, intentional, value – the thesis on the hierarchical structure of the mechanisms of the process of decision-making in the pedagogical activity is proposed. The paper researches into individual facts and regularities connected with the influence of value determination, i.e. values, moral convictions, on the process of making pedagogical decisions. The study has established the criteria of the effectiveness of pedagogical decisions. It has been ascertained that the skill of making effective pedagogical decisions can be developed in the teachers in reflective-intentional training.
