Кореляційний зв'язок симптоматики захворювання з оцінкою реабілітаційного потенціалу у дітей з гострими бронхо-легеневими захворюваннями

У статті подано аналіз кореляційного зв’язку симптоматики захворювання з оцінкою реабілітаційного
потенціалу у дітей з гострими бронхо-легеневими захворюваннями за даними запропонованої експрес-оцінки.
Встановлено тісний зв’язок оцінки реабілітаційного потенціалу із задишкою та даними аускультації, помірний зв’язок з
періодом захворювання, кашлем, роботою допоміжних дихальних м’язів, наявністю болю в ділянці грудної клітки,
сукупністю супутніх захворювань та загальним станом дитини.

В статье представлен анализ корреляционной связи симптоматики заболевания
с оценкой реабилитационного потенциала у детей с острыми бронхо-легочными заболеваниями по данным
предложенной экспресс-оценки. Установлена тесная связь оценки реабилитационного потенциала с одышкой и
данными аускультации, умеренный связь с периодом заболевания, кашлем, работой вспомогательных дыхательных
мышц, наличием боли в области грудной клетки, совокупностью сопутствующих заболеваний и общим состоянием
ребенка.

Objective: To determine the correlation of symptoms of the disease to the assessment of rehabilitation potential in
children with acute bronchopulmonary diseases, according to a rapid assessment.
The approach to determining the RP of children with bronchopulmonary diseases based on the determination of the
period of the disease, these clinical and functional status of the child, the state of the main and auxiliary respiratory muscles and
concomitant pathologies. According to the close relationship of correlation analysis evaluation of rehabilitation potential to
shortness of breath and data auscultation. Moderate link identified with a period of illness, cough, supporting the work of the
respiratory muscles, the presence of pain in the chest, a set of associated diseases and general condition of the child. Evaluation
of RP in children with bronchopulmonary diseases depends not so much on the period of the disease, but on the main clinical
signs. This gives rise to RP primarily seen as a stage for the purposes of the definition of the rehabilitation process (because this
approach will help to better understand the nature and extent of violations of the limit function) in the preparation of the program of
physical rehabilitation. We also agree with the majority of authors that the results of the evaluation of rehabilitation potential should
be considered in dynamics, as this will provide an opportunity to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of programs at various
stages in general, and if necessary, timely correction technology of the physical rehabilitation.
