Варіативність педагогічного наставництва в сучасному освітньому просторі

У статті розглянуто діяльність тьютора, коуча, ментора, наукового керівника, куратора, класного керівника в аспекті педагогічного наставництва. Установлено, що незважаючи на певні відмінності у функціях і завданнях, які вони виконують в освітньому процесі, їхня діяльність насамперед спрямована на допомогу підростаючому поколінню у професійному й особистісному становленні, тобто є педагогічним наставництвом. На підставі аналізу навчальних планів і програм з’ясовано, що підготовці майбутніх учителів до педагогічного наставництва у процесі навчання у вищому педагогічному навчальному закладі не приділяється належної уваги. Зазначене свідчить про необхідність проведення цілеспрямованої роботи зі студентами щодо їхньої підготовки до такої діяльності.

В статье рассмотрена деятельность тьютора, коуча, ментора, научного руководителя, куратора, классного руководителя в аспекте педагогического наставничества. Установлено, что несмотря на некоторые отличия в функциях и задачах, которые они выполняют в образовательном процессе, их деятельность прежде всего направлена на помощь подрастающему поколению в профессиональном и личностном становлении, то есть является педагогическим наставничеством. На основе анализа учебных планов и программ выяснено, что подготовке будущих учителей к педагогическому наставничеству в процессе обучения в высшем педагогическом учебном заведении не уделяется должного внимания. Указанное свидетельствует о необходимости проведения целенаправленной работы со студентами относительно их подготовки к такой деятельности.

The article deals with the types of teacher mentoring in modern pedagogics. It was defined that unlike a teacher and a
lecturer, a tutor cares about individual formation of a certain personality, about specific, only inherent training and education means, and being a tutor is defined as individual support technology mastering process of a certain activity; teacher-coach helps students solve their problems themselves, makes it possible to see what is the best way to proceed by asking questions that allow them to look at the situation from the other side, that is the main technique used in coaching is asking questions; unlike a coach, mentor is an advisor who shares his knowledge and experience with students; an assistant who ensures the necessary emotional and moral support; an experienced person to follow, has distinguished professionalism and promotes student’s professional growth; supervisor ensures organizational and moral support to students, graduate students, is responsible for their science behavior, and passes on his style and manner of thinking, approach to the problem being solved to them; curator helps students in the proper organization of their academic and extracurricular activities, deals with organizational, informational, educational, social, psychological and other issues relevant to students; class teacher promotes the conditions for students’ (pupils’) learning the amount of education and development of their abilities; creates the conditions for the organization of substantive leisure, prevention of homelessness, delinquency, plans and implements appropriate educational events, etc. Despite some differences in the functions and tasks that are performed in education by tutor, coach, mentor, supervisor, curator, class teacher, their activities are aimed especially at helping the younger generation in professional and personal development, that is educational mentoring. On the basis of curriculum and syllabus was found that future teachers’ training for pedagogical mentoring in teaching in higher pedagogical educational institution has been neglected. The given above affirms the need for targeted work with students on their preparation for such activities.
