Жінка як суб'єкт політики: феномен політичного лідерства в умовах сучасних демократичних перетворень

Abstract

Робота присвячена комплексному політологічному аналізу феномену сучасного політичного лідерства, його гендерних аспектів, особливостей реалізації жінки як суб’єкта політики в умовах демократичних перетворень. Окреслено теоретичні підходи до розуміння сутності й типології стилів політичного лідерства, осмислення місця жінок у структурі правлячих політичних еліт. Автор характеризує динаміку і специфіку нових викликів, що стоять перед сучасною жінкою-лідером в умовах інформаційного суспільства та демократичних трансформацій.The work is devoted to the complex political analysis of the phenomenon of modern political leadership, its gender, the characteristics of women as political actors in democratic reforms. The thesis concerns itself with the theoretical approaches to understanding the nature and typology of styles of political leadership, understanding the place of women in the structure of the ruling political elites. The author characterizes the dynamics and specificity of the new challenges which are faced by the modern woman leader in the context of the information society and democratic transformations.
