Фізична реабілітація недоношених новонароджених

This paper analyzes the features of physical development and the need for tools and methods of physical rehabilitation preterm infants with signs of perinatal pathology. According to WHO over the past 10 years in Ukraine marked increase in the number of preterm infants of 10-15% in the general population of newborns. Despite medical progress in general morbidity among children born prematurely to date remains very high. Lack of efficacy of treatment of children with perinatal pathology in the hospital leads to an increase in the risk of bronchopulmonary disease, causing a delay of psychomotor development , malnutrition and other chronic diseases. In restorative treatment and rehabilitation of children with different disorders is recommended to apply massage, aerotherapy, exercise therapy, ultraviolet irradiation, therapeutic baths with enhance the overall tone, reactivity, improve tolerance to the food and improving the immune status. Traditional treatment and rehabilitation for individual nosological units do not allow for treatment of the position of a holistic approach. Therefore, in recent years, the worldwide trend observed restriction of the use of drug therapy, because of the large spread of allergic diseases and environmental pollution. In this regard, the rehabilitation of children leading role for non-medicinal methods of impact when compared with medical therapy are characterized by a delicate stress on the body. The purpose of the Early Intervention Program is to identify early on violations of child development and the creation of conditions that would facilitate the implementation of its maximum capacity in those critical early months and years of life, would help a sick child to reach the highest possible level of her.
