Зміст і структура дидактичного процесу формування комунікативної культури майбутніх педагогів вищої школи

У статті розглядається проблема змісту і структури дидактичного процесу формування комунікативної культури майбутніх педагогів вищої школи у цілісному педагогічному процесі вищої школи; розглянуто комунікативну культуру майбутніх педагогів вищої школи як систему засобів і навичок органічної взаємодії педагога та студентів, у зміст якої входить обмін інформацією, пізнання особистості, прояв виховного впливу, організація взаємовідносин за допомогою різних комунікативних засобів; запропоновано визначення поняття "комунікативна культура майбутніх педагогів вищої школи".

В статье рассматривается проблема содержания и структуры дидактического процесса формирования коммуникативной культуры будущих педагогов высшей школы в целостном педагогическом процессе высшей школы; рассмотрено коммуникативную культуру будущих педагогов высшей школы как систему средств и навыков органичного взаимодействия педагога и студентов, в содержание которой входит обмен информацией, познание личности, проявление воспитательного воздействия, организация взаимоотношений с помощью различных коммуникативных средств; предложено определение понятия "коммуникативная культура будущих педагогов высшей школы".

The problem of the content and the structure didactic process of the high school future teachers’ communicative culture in a high school holistic pedagogical process is considered in the article; the high school future teachers’ communicative culture is considered as a system of tools and skills organic interaction between a teacher and students which content includes the exchange of information, individuality knowledges, educational influence display, relationships organization through the various means of communication; the term of " high school future teachers’ communicative culture" is proposed to definite. The readiness of the high school future teacher’ to communicate with students is the ability to effectively use their gains to improve communication culture. Forming and improving communication culture should be aimed at developing the teacher’s professional qualities, his abilities, the ability to skillfully use theoretical knowledge in modeling teaching situations that are a means to improve communication culture. The educational process of specialists’ preparation in specialty "Pedagogy in high school" focuses on the formation of an educated, harmoniously developed personality capable of self-education, scientific knowledges constant updating, professional mobility and so on. A special place in training masters should become forming the communicative culture. Teachers and students’- future high school teachers’ positive motivation to communicative culture is explained by the professional communication skills including its regulation means of relations with individual and group; intellectual and creative personality formation that has its original oratorical style, have the possibility to make sure a word; knowledge and ability to properly use their professional activities vocabulary. Therefore, the content and structure of the didactic process dorming the high school future teachers’ communicative culture is so long and difficult, and one of the methods for improving teacher’s communication culture is modeling the teaching situations.
