Оцінка адаптаційних можливостей та рівня фізичного здоров’я учнів ліцею

У статті вивчений рівень фізичного здоров’я, адаптаційних можливостей та способу життя учнів
ліцею. У дослідженнях брали участь 32 ліцеїсти віком 15–16 років. Встановлено, що у 75 % учнів рівень адаптації –
задовільний, тоді як у 25 % спостерігається напруження механізмів адаптації; у 22% учнів рівень здоров’я вищий за
середній, у 31% – середній, у 13% – нижчий за середній та у 34% – низький. З’ясовано, що спосіб життя учнів ліцею
потребує корекції рухової активності, режиму сну, харчування, уміння керувати своїм психоемоційним станом.

В статье изучен уровень физического здоровья, адаптационных возможностей и образа
жизни учащихся лицея. В исследованиях принимали участие 32 лицеиста в возрасте 15–16 лет. Установлено, что у 75%
учащихся уровень адаптации – удовлетворительный, тогда как у 25% наблюдается напряжение механизмов адаптации; у
22% учащихся уровень здоровья выше среднего, у 31% – средний, у 13% – ниже среднего и у 34% – низкий. Выяснено, что
образ жизни учеников лицея нуждается в коррекции двигательной активности, режима сна, питания, умения управлять своим психоэмоциональным состоянием.

The
article dealt with the exploration level of physical health, adaptive capacities and lyceum pupils’s lifestyle. 32 lyceum pupils at the age
of 15–16 took part in the researches. The assessment of adaptive capacities of their organisms was carried out by adaptive potential
of circulatory system, as in most cases the circulatory system can be considered as indicator of adaptive reactions of the entire
organism. Rapid assessment of the physical health was carried out by the methology of H. L. Apanasenko. Pupuls’ lifestyle was
analysed with the help of the questioning results. It is established, that 24 lyceum pupils (75 %) had a satisfactory level of adaptation,
while 8 of them felt intension of the adaptation mechanisms (25%). The positive aspect is the absence of indices of unsatisfactory
adaptation and its disorder among the examined pupils. On the whole, girls’ adaptive potential is higher than the boys’ one. The
results of rapid assessment of level of physical (somatic) health showed, that 22% of lyceum pupils have higher level of health than
the average one, 31% of them have the average, 13% of lyceum pupils have lower level than average and 34% of lyceum pupils have
low level. As a result of questioning we have established, that the assessment of the physical health of lyceum pupils and closely
connected with it physical development is rather informative. Just 37,5% of respondents recognized good state of their own health,
59,4% of them – satisfactory and 3,1% – bad. It is shown, that healthy lifestyle follow just 43,8% of pupils, the rest of respondents (56,2%) follow relatively healthy lifestyle, but subject to correction habits it could be improved. We have not revealed persons following
wrong lifestyle. It is established, that lyceum pupils’ lifestyle needs correction concerning physical activity, sleep, food, ability to manage their psycho-emotional state.
