Координаційні здібності у фізичному вихованні. Теоретичний аспект

Мета роботи – проаналізувати стан проблеми координаційних здібностей в науково-методичній літературі та практиці фізичного виховання. Методи дослідження – аналіз та узагальнення науково-методичної літератури. Результати дослідження: зроблено аналіз підходів науковців до визначення поняття «координаційних здібностей», їх природи та структури, факторів і чинників впливу, що визначають успішність їх розвитку. Аналіз літературних джерел показав, що в галузі фізичного виховання і спорту сформувались два відносно самостійних методологічні підходи до вивчення координаційних здібностей. Висновок - науковці пропонують значну кількість визначень координаційних здібностей та різні підходи до виявлення їхньої сутності, за якими виділяють різне число складових координаційних здібностей і вкладають у них різний зміст, використовуючи різноманітні терміни та поняття.

The purpose of the work is to analyze the state of the problem of coordination abilities in the scientific and methodological literature and practice of physical education. Research methods - analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature. Research results: an analysis of the approaches of scientists to the definition of the concept of "coordinative abilities", their nature and structure, factors and influencing factors that determine the success of their development was made. The analysis of literary sources showed that two relatively independent methodological approaches to the study of coordination abilities were formed in the field of physical education and sports. Conclusions. The analysis of literary sources confirmed the significant interest of physical education and sports specialists in the role and essence of coordination in the process of managing motor actions, mastering motor skills and developing physical qualities. Scientists offer a significant number of definitions of coordination abilities and different approaches to identifying their essence, according to which they distinguish a different number of components of coordination abilities and put different meanings into them, using various terms and concepts.
