Соціальні проблеми працевлаштування інвалідів в сучасних умовах ринку (на прикладі Рівненської області)

У статті розглядаються соціальні проблеми працевлаштування інвалідів в сучасних умовах ринку за
матеріалами соціологічного опитування.

В статье рассматриваются
социальные проблемы трудоустройства инвалидов в условиях современных рыночных отношений на основе материала
социологического опроса.

Motivation. The right to work is one of the most significant human and citizen rights that are provided by the Constitution of
Ukraine. However, it is not easy to find a job nowadays. Especially for those, who for some reasons posses health disabilities. The
existence of a special group of unemployed population in a modern labor market is strictly connected to this fact. The group consists of
the disabled individuals [1,2,4,5]. An employment system is considered to be a complex problem. It covers component parts of such
subsystems as guidance, accounting of the labor force needs, establishment of the employment and dismissal processes, professional
preparation, regularization of the multiple forms of the workforce migration, etc. [1,2,5]. The process of employment plays an important
role of linking an educational system with a social production. Moreover, on the level of the flexibility and operationality of this link, the
level of the social tension in a given society depends significantly. The complexity of the problem of the disabled individuals
employment leads to the necessity of the complex approach of its studying.
Therefore, the title of our research topic: “Social analysis of the employment of the disabled individuals with
consideration of current market conditions” (based on the Rivne oblast example).
Object – employment of the disabled individuals in current market condition.
Subject – mechanisms of the employment of the disabled individuals in current market conditions.
With consideration of all that is mentioned above, the aim of our research is to study the social features of the employment of
the disabled individuals in current market conditions.
For the given problems solution the following methods are used: Analysis of the scientific and practical literature, regularization acts and statistical data;
2. Pilot survey conduction;
3. Mathematical statistics methods.
In March, 2017 the pilot survey of the disabled individuals of the Rivne oblast was conducted. The survey included 11
questions of tree types: close alternative questions, close non-alternative questions, and open questions. The total amount of
respondents equals to 29. The age range of the respondents: 21-44. The amount of the surveys that were returned in an appropriate
for the processing condition equals to 98.3 %. An obtained percentage is high enough to state that our sample is representative.
