Домедична невідкладна допомога при травмах в адаптивному спорті

Abstract

Домедична допомога в адаптивному спорті відіграє ключову роль у забезпеченні безпеки спортсменів з інвалідністю та сприяє їхній ефективній участі у спортивних заходах. Вона включає своєчасне реагування на травми, надання першої допомоги та підтримку в екстрених ситуаціях. Зі зростанням популярності адаптивного спорту виникла потреба у спеціалізованій підготовці не лише спортсменів, а й обслуговчого персоналу – тренерів, медиків, волонтерів. Травми в адаптивному спорті мають свою специфіку, оскільки багато спортсменів уже мають хронічні фізіологічні обмеження або особливості. Це створює унікальні виклики для тих, хто надає першу допомогу: потрібні не лише класичні навички, а й розуміння особливостей інвалідності, адаптованого спорядження та механізмів травмування. Сьогодні домедична допомога в адаптивному спорті розвивається паралельно з технічним прогресом – впроваджуються новітні методи іммобілізації, тренінги з тактичної медицини, створюються спеціальні протоколи для певних нозологічних груп (наприклад, ампутантів, осіб із ДЦП, порушеннями зору чи слуху). Однак попри сучасні досягнення, головним залишається людський фактор – швидка, впевнена та компетентна реакція у критичний момент.Pre-medical assistance in adaptive sports plays a key role in ensuring the safety of athletes with disabilities and promotes their effective participation in sports activities. It includes timely response to injuries, first aid and emergency support. With the growing popularity of adaptive sports, there was a need for specialized training of not only athletes, but also service personnel – coaches, doctors, volunteers. A particularly important role was played by pre-medical care – a set of measures that are carried out before the arrival of the emergency medical care team. Injuries in adaptive sports have their own specifics, since many athletes already have chronic physiological limitations or features. This creates unique challenges for first responders: not only classical skills are needed, but also an understanding of disability, adapted equipment and trauma mechanisms. Today, pre-medical assistance in adaptive sports is developing in parallel with technical progress – the latest methods of immobilization, training in tactical medicine are being introduced, special protocols are being created for certain nosological groups (for example, amputees, people with cerebral palsy, visual or hearing impairments). However, despite modern achievements, the human factor remains the main one – a quick, confident and competent reaction at a critical moment. Scientific and methodological literature on pre-medical care in the field of adaptive sports shows a significant increase in interest in this topic over the past 10-15 years. Problems are studied mainly at the intersection of sports medicine, rehabilitation, traumatology and Paralympic management. However, the analysis of the literature indicates a certain fragmentation and insufficient coverage of the specifics of pre-medical interventions precisely in the context of athletes with disabilities. Analysis of literary sources shows that although a certain array of knowledge about injuries in parasport has already been accumulated in world science, pre-medical care as a separate industry is not sufficiently investigated. This issue is especially acute in Ukraine, where there are no specialized protocols, educational programs and adapted educational materials. This indicates the relevance of further research, especially in the direction of developing practical recommendations.
