Етнопедагогічна компетентність як запорука професійної майстерності сучасного педагога

У статті розглядається проблема вдосконалення процесу формування педагогічної майстерності вчителя-вихователя у контексті реалізації вимог етнопедагогічного підходу в освіті. В роботі обґрунтовано потребу вирізнення етнопедагогічної компетентності фахівця в галузі освіти, визначено сфери перетину цього виду педагогічної компетентності з різними компонентами педагогічної майстерності; продемонстровано можливості врахування етнопедагогічного контексту професійної майстерності педагога в процесі формування у майбутнього вчителя-вихователя педагогічної майстерності як особистісного професійного утворення.

В статье рассматривается проблема усовершенствования процесса формирования педагогического мастерства учителя-воспитателя в контексте реализации требований этнопедагогического подхода в образовании. В работе обосновано потребность выделения этнопедагогической компетентности специалиста в области образования; определено сферы пересечения этого вида педагогической компетентности с разными компонентами педагогического мастерства; продемонстрировано возможности учета этнопедагогического контекста профессионального мастерства педагога в процессе формирования у будущего учителя-воспитателя педагогического мастерства как личностного профессионального образования.

In the article the problem of improvement of process of formation of pedagogical skill of the teacher-tutor in the context of the implementation of the requirements ethnopedagogical approaches to education. Socio-economic changes in society, tendencies of ethnic revival, intensification of interethnic contacts of human adaptation in a multicultural world has exacerbated the need for activity of the teacher, able to comprehend the patterns of socialization taking into account the tradition and transformation of the social space. Analysis etnosocial structure of Ukraine confirmed the view that the need ethnopedagogical competence of experts in the field of education due to the General trends in the development of pedagogy as a science and global migration processes, which involved Ukraine. All of this is actualized ethnopedagogics competence of the specialist in the field of education, the importance of awareness of its projection on pedagogical skills. The article identifies the starting position on the definition of pedagogical skill and its complexity. It is associated by the author with a diversity of scientific pedagogical knowledge. There is traced ethnopedagogics the context of consideration of the phenomenon and the formation of pedagogical skills in the various components: humanistic orientation of the teacher, professional competence of the teacher, pedagogical abilities, pedagogical technique. Ethnopedagogics component of the pedagogical technology of modern specialist in the field of education analyzed. People's views on the teacher-educator, his skill that will target the future specialist on the allocation of personal qualities that were considered valuable for the caregiver, a mentor in many countries of the world presented. The article demonstrates the possibility of considering ethnopedagogical context of professional skill of the teacher in the process of forming future teacher-tutor teaching skills as a personal professional education: referred to ethnopedagogics material that can be applied in the classroom with the purpose of formation of the students ' ideas about various elements of pedagogical skills, development of skills of pedagogical techniques, and the like.
