Формування культури мовленнєвого спілкування у професійній діяльності майбутніх психологів

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене теоретико-експериментальному вивченню культури мовленнєвого спілкування у майбутніх психологів. Уточнено поняття “культура мовленнєвого спілкування”, здійснено інтегроване вивчення культури мовленнєвого спілкування психологів у контексті її взаємозв’язку з професійно важливими особистісними детермінантами. Досліджено психологічну сутність та зміст культури мовленнєвого спілкування психолога як комплексного системного утворення особистості фахівця, що виступає складовою поведінкового компонента культури його спілкування і має місце на фазі реалізації ним мовленнєвих дій у зовнішньому плані за допомогою мовленнєвих засобів, адекватних цілям професійного спілкування. Виявлено психологічні особливості культури мовленнєвого спілкування студентів-психологів, визначено її структурні компоненти та встановлено особистісні детермінанти розвитку культури мовленнєвого спілкування. Розроблено та апробовано комплексну програму формування культури мовленнєвого спілкування за умов застосування активних методів навчання, наближених до реальних умов професійної діяльності психолога.

The dissertation embraces theoretical and experimental study of the verbal communication culture in students of psychology. The concept of verbal communication culture was described, and its integral review was made in the context of relationship between psychologists’ verbal communication culture and their personal determinants that are crucial in terms of professional activities. Scrutinized was the psychological essence and meaning of verbal communication culture as a comprehensive systemic formation of the psychologist’s personality, which is an element of his/her communication culture’s behavioural component manifesting itself on the stage of verbal acts external implementation through verbal tools appropriate to the objectives of professional communication. Psychological characteristics of the verbal communication culture in students of psychology were elucidated, its structural components defined, and personal determinants specified that promote verbal communication culture development. Multipart program was developed and tested able to help in forming of verbal communication culture, provided that pro-active learning methods are used similar to real conditions of professional work of psychologists.
