Організаційні аспекти підготовки спортивних волонтерів

У статті розглянуті основні джерела мотивації участі спортивних волонтерів у фізкультурно-оздоровчих заходах (спортивних змаганнях); виявлена ефективна форма підготовки спортивних волонтерів; визначена тривалість та зміст програми підготовки спортивних волонтерів.

The article reveals the basic prospects of creating an organization that would unite everyone to be sports volunteers and within which they would be trained theoretically and practically. The article reveals an effective form of training of sports volunteers; determines the duration and content of training program for sports volunteers; the main sources of motivation of participation of sports volunteers in sports and recreational activities (sports competitions). Heads and representatives of state and public authorities in the sphere of physical culture and sport of Kharkiv took part in the research. The study found that the most effective form of training of sports volunteers should become the social organization " Sports Volunteers School "; duration of training at the School is to be for three months and the program should include the following components: "Psychology of Communication", "Motivational Unit", "Teambuilding", "Sports Refereeing Rules", "Legal Framework of Volunteering", "Leadership"; the main sources of motivation of participation of sports volunteers in physical training activities is the opportunity to gain experience of public activity, becoming a part of the event (competition);the ability to expand the circle of communication; opportunity to express themselves, that is, to realize their creative potential; the ability to acquire new knowledge and broaden their professional skills
