Основні чинники соціалізації особистості в полікультурному середовищі

У роботі здійснено соціально-філософський аналіз соціалізації особистості в полікультурному середовищі та визначено особливості означеного процесу. На підставі аналізу основних концептуальних підходів до проблеми соціалізації останню визначено як складний, багатоаспсктиий процес засвоєння індивідом соціально-культурного досвіду шляхом його багаторівневого включення в суспільні відносини з метою формування індивідуальності як суб'єкта подальшого розвитку соціальної системи. У дисертації обгрунтовується, що культурно-історичний тип суспільства визначає специфіку процесу соціалізації. В інформаційному суспільстві особливості
соціалізації пов’язані із кризою традиційних інститутів соціалізації, а включення індивіда в систему суспільних відносин доповнюється використанням сучасних інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, що породжує тенденції переходу як до креативиої моделі соціалізації, так і до збільшення можливостей маніпуляції свідомістю людей. Визначено специфіку і суперечності соціалізації індивіда в сучасному українському суспільстві та запропоновано можливі шляхи онтимізації зазначеного процесу.

The research deals with the social and philosophical analysis of personality socialization in a multicultural environment and determines the peculiarities of this process. The analysis of the main conceptual approaches to the problem of socialization is defined as complex, multifold learning process of socio-cultural experience through its multilevel inclusion in public relations for the formation of identity as a subject of further development of the social system. In the thesis, that cultural-historical type of society determines the specificity of the process of socialization. In the information society socialization is associated with the crisis of traditional institutions of socialization, and inclusion of the individual in social relations is complemented by modern information and communication technologies creates tendencies to move as a creative model of socialization, and to increase opportunities for manipulation of the consciousness of people. Determined is the
specificity of individual socialization and contradictions in the Ukrainian society and ways of optimization of this process.
