Розвиток художньо-творчих умінь і навичок майбутніх учителів трудового навчання в процесі професійної підготовки

Abstract

З’ясовано, що в контексті відродження національної культури особливої актуальності набуває проблема формування художньо-естетичної культури майбутніх учителів трудового навчання. Тому процес професійної підготовки вчителя трудового навчання вимагає кардинальних змін у напрямі розвитку його художньо-творчих здібностей. Відповідно до завдань дослідження у процесі підготовки майбутнього вчителя трудового навчання ми застосовували зорієнтований підхід (створення відповідного художньо-творчого середовища й умов для творчості) і особистісно-орієнтований підхід (створення максимальних можливостей для прояву індивідуальних здібностей), а також відповідні педагогічні технології та методики викладання предметів художнього циклу.It was proved in the dissertation that in the context of national culture the most burning problem is the development of the artistic and aesthetic culture of future teachers of labour training. Thats why the process of professional training of teachers of labour training demands cardinal changes in the development of his\her artistic and creative abilities. It was shown that for the realization of the creative imagination, the practical abilities and skills, which are formed in the process of prolonged artistic or decorative art are necessary for the students. It was proved that the art has special possibilities of emotional influence on a person, it promotes the development of all the aspects of a personality, and the effective artistically creative development of a personality is proved, first of all, by using the richness of the world culture and art in the educational system.
