Мультикультурна/міжкультурна освіта та евалюація: поля взаємодії

Abstract

У статті з’ясовуються поля перетину й активної взаємодії мультикультурної/міжкультурної освіти та евалюації. Розкриваються контенти обох феноменів. За характером наповнення контенту вони є соціокультурними феноменами, оскільки культурницький компонент складає їхню структуроутворюючу основу. Автори підкреслюють, що поля перетину і взаємодії варто шукати у особливостях функціонування феноменів у конкретних соціокультурних контекстах. Звертається увага на те, що мультикультурна/міжкультурна освіта та евалюація представляють собою складні багатовимірні конструкти, тому їхнє дослідження має базуватися на знаннях, здобутих філософією, соціологією, політологією, культурологією, економічними науками. Зазначається, що взаємодія двох феноменів поліпшує якість їхнього функціонування, а засадами цієї взаємодії є міждисциплінарність та закладене у їхній сутності прагнення формувати атмосферу безконфліктного розвитку, особливо в етнічно диверсифікованих суспільствах.The article identifies points of intersection and active interaction of multicultural/intercultural education and evaluation. The contents of both phenomena are revealed. By the nature of content filling, they are socio-cultural phenomena, since the cultural component is their structural basis. The authors emphasize that points of intersection should be sought in the peculiarities of the functioning of phenomena in specific sociocultural contexts. Attention is drawn to the fact that multicultural/intercultural education and evaluation are complex multidimensional constructs, so their research should be based on knowledge gained in philosophy, sociology, political science, cultural studies, and economic sciences. It is noted that the interaction of the two phenomena improves the quality of their functioning, and the foundations of this interaction are interdisciplinarity and the inherent desire to create an atmosphere of conflict-free development, especially in ethnically diverse societies.
