Інтегрована технологія ситуативного моделювання у підготовці тьюторів (авторський проєкт)

У статті піднято проблему підготовки тьюторів у ЗВО України. З’ясовано, що проблема професійної підготовки тьюторів є актуальною та вимагає посиленої уваги до формування їх професійних компетентностей. Представлено авторську інтегровану технологію ситуативного моделювання, спрямовану на підвищення компетентнісного рівня, описано структуру та етапи її упровадження в підготовку тьюторів. Увагу акцентовано на констатувальному етапі експерименту, визначено рівні сформованості професійних компетентностей тьютора.

The article deals with the issue of effective vocational education of tutors in Ukrainian universities. The problem is relevant and requires consideration of a wide range of issues, especially the formation of professional competences. Attention is paid to revealing the main professional tutor’s competencies. In relation to this problem, the integrated technology of situational modeling was developed. The structure and stages of its introduction were described in this article. During the ascertainment stage, the levels of formation of the tutor's professional competencies were determined.
