Теоретико-методичні засади застосування біомеханічних технологій у фізичній підготовці студентів

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено проблемі застосування біомеханічних технологій у теорії та методиці фізичного виховання та враховує організацію навчального процесу за кредитно-модульною технологією для студентів педагогічних спеціальностей вищих навчальних закладів III-IV рівнів акредитації. Основою рукопису є теоретичні, науково-методичні і практичні досягнення дидактичної біомеханіки та її роль у фізичній підготовці студентів. Розглядаються питання біомеханічної доцільності комплексного розвитку рухових якостей студентів з позицій системного підходу в умовах різноманітних форм рухової активності на основі розробленого фонду кваліфікаційних завдань автентичних рухових тестів в навчальному і тренувальному процесах та самостійних занять з використанням тренажерів.
