Психологічні умови розвитку стресостійкості у соціальних працівників різних вікових категорій

Дисертація присвячена дослідженню психологічних умов розвитку стресостійкості у соціальних працівників різних вікових категорій. Визначено психологічний зміст і сутність поняття «стресостійкість особистості соціальних працівників»; виокремлено структурні компоненти та конструкти стресостійкості-когнітивно-рефлексивний, емоційно-мотиваційний, поведінково-регулятивний; сконструйовано її психологічну модель; емпірично досліджено особливості її становлення на різних вікових етапах дорослого онтогенезу; обґрунтовано критерії, якісні та кількісні показники і рівні розвитку стійкості до стресу фахівців соціальної сфери; виявлено психологічні умови розвитку досліджуваного особистісного утворення; розроблено, апробовано та доведено ефективність розвивальної програми активізації психологічних умов розвитку стресостійкості соціальних працівників різних вікових категорій; розроблено методичні рекомендації соціальним працівникам і практичним психологам щодо всебічного розвитку стійкості до стресів.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental study of problems of development of stress resistance among social workers in different age categories. The psychological meaning and essence of the concept of "stress resistance of the personality of social workers" were determined; the structural components and constructs of stress resistance were distinguished - cognitive-reflexive, emotional-motivational, behavioralregulatory ones; its psychological model were constructed; the peculiarities of its formation at different age stages of adult ontogenesis have been empirically studied; the criteria, qualitative and quantitative indicators and levels of development of resistance to stress of social workerss were substantiated; psychological conditions of development of the studied personal formation were revealed; the program to enhance the psychological conditions for the development of stress resistance of social workers of different ages was developed and tested; the effectiveness of this program was proven; the methodical recommendations to social workers and practical psychologists concerning comprehensive development of resistance to stresses were developed.
